My wife and I could not be more pleased with all aspects of this project. Highly recommend Scott and Greg's work to anybody in Michiana.

+ 0 moreI contacted Scott Chase to complete a Kitchen Remodel and some other minor repairs needed around the house. He showed up on time for the appointment, took measurements and promised to be back in touch with a rough estimate. After a few phone calls with long wait periods, we never heard back from him.
Description of Work: He did not return phones calls or provide an estimate.

+ -1 moreIt was not cheap because it was masonry work and it is pretty detailed. It looked really good and they did a good job at matching. They did it really quick and gave me a descent quote. I have no complaints about their work at all.
Description of Work: Chase Homes fixed our steps and front porch. It cost between $900.00-$1,200.00

+ 1 moreOutstanding! Scott Chase and his team did a wonderful job with the bathroom. He walked us through the bid very clearly so we knew exactly what we were getting at each price point, and then did a very professional job from start to finish. The attention to detail was great. I would absolutely use Chase Homes again for a project of any size.
Description of Work: Added a new bathroom and closet to a spare room in the basement.

+ 3 moreIt was a very positive experience. He is reliable and definitely cares about the quality of his work. He is approachable and easy to work with. Also, he is resourceful and has lots of ideas. We didn't know much about rebuilding a bathroom and he walked us through each step. He is very reliable and is an honest businessman.
Description of Work: He created an egress window to create a 4th bedroom. He created a new bathroom and tore out a chimney. He also installed a new chimney to replace the old one.
