Description of Work: They came out and cleaned all the carpet areas in my home. They acknowledged upfront that there would be some areas that may or may not come clean, which there did end up being. This was no fault of their own, just older carpet.

+ -1 moreThe carpeting was much cleaner than I expected including 95% of the stains, and what was left was hardly noticeable. They also worked me in the next day after inquiring of their services due to a cancellation. Owner also followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Would not hesitate to use again.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpeting in a 2 bedroom condo that I currently rent. This was the first time the carpeting had been cleaned in about 3 years of use, and it had some heavy soiling from pets and traffic. The services including some spot treatment of carpet stains, including areas that I had not pointed out. Soiling was to the point that I was not sure how clean it would come out.

Description of Work: American Carpet Cleaners cleaned all the carpets in my house (both floors) for under $200. The technician was friendly and did an outstanding job. The carpet on the second floor is older and is on our agenda to be replaced, but it looked almost new when American was done with it.

He cleaned the stairs and the closets at no additional cost. Great Job! We highly recommend Big Mike and American Carpet Cleaners!
Description of Work: Called ACC for an estimate and was quoted a price over the phone based on the number of rooms we asked to be cleaned. His price seemed fair and reasonable. We arranged a mutually convenient date and crossed our fingers.

+ -1 more''Big Mike'' was quite a character! Super friendly and professional. Made me laugh a few times too. Knew a lot more about carpets then I would ever like to know. The 3 rooms didn't take very long at all. He was in and out. The carpets all look great.
Description of Work: ''Big Mike'' showed up in his truck with his equipment ready to go. He brought it all inside, careful not to ding any walls or furniture. Cleaned the carpets in our 2 bedrooms and living room, with special attention to some stains. Applied carpet protector (stain resistor). Only charged half price for the connecting hallway, and offered to do the closets for free, which I declined.
