We're a fairly new, and fairly small company. We have 5 employees. Our operation allows a very quick turn around time. As we grow and change, we will strive to hire the amount of employees the business will require to keep our lead time short and convenient. We also offer contractor and lumber yard discounts. Michigan, Ohio, Illinois and Indiana. We deliver at $1.75 per mile one way.

I called to obtain an estimate for a new roof on about 7,000 square feet of commercial building, since all quotes for putting that fabric/tar sealant on our old existing metal roof were, in my opinion, excessive. Dave was very prompt coming out and providing an estimate for a new roof that was about 60% the cost of patching over the old roof. Sold! He also planned to build the new roof OVER the old roof, giving us double-assurance for no leaks and a slightly better insulation barrier. May sound too good to be true, but their presence during installation was almost invisible. They parked a trailer on one side of the building the day before, and the very large crew were done in a half day, including all the trim. We only knew they were here because of the little bit of noise in the warehouse, otherwise there was zero interruption to our retail business.

Description of Work: Zimmerman referred me to their sub-contractor Jerry Martin who never came out. I made several attempts to contact him and when I finally did he said "well I've been out of work for 3 weeks so deal with it." Very rude and unprofessional.
