They provided an excellent service, Jerry is very honest, he spent a lot of time before I even gave him 1 dollar. He spent coupe of hours to figure out my issues. They did a good work, they got the job done, they kept me up to date and provided solutions, very thorough and high degree of excellence. For anyone who would hire this company, they would provide an excellent service, consumers will not go wrong for selecting them.

Shortly after I had purchased my home, I had discovered damage done to my foundation. The first contractor I contacted was pushy and wanted me to sign a contract on the spot. I wanted a second opinion and contacted Yoder Home Services. The owner came to my home, did a full inspection of my property and gave a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done. His quote was $5000 less than the first contractor. The owner and his team were very kind and completed the job as promised. I have noticed a huge improvement of overall air quality in my home since the repairs have been done. I would recommend Yoder Home Services to anyone needing this type of work!

Jerry Yoder took the time to investigate and analyze my problem and them presented and clearly explained his proposed solutions. He cured the problem that I had had other businesses over several years (a couple of which were large firms) work on and never solve. He took ownership of the problem and even searched for and hired a subcontractor to do the work he could not do. His charges were very reasonable and I would hire him again in a minute.,
