Description of Work: They cut out concrete on the floor of the basement and put drain system that when water goes into that, they all go to some pumps and it pumps outside.

They did a good work, they got the job done, they kept me up to date and provided solutions, very thorough and high degree of excellence. For anyone who would hire this company, they would provide an excellent service, consumers will not go wrong for selecting them.
Description of Work: They put drains in my yard, they installed sump pump and dehumidifier, they capsulated my crawlspace and mitigated water problem in my home.

+ 0 moreShortly after I had purchased my home, I had discovered damage done to my foundation. The first contractor I contacted was pushy and wanted me to sign a contract on the spot. I wanted a second opinion and contacted Yoder Home Services. The owner came to my home, did a full inspection of my property and gave a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done. His quote was $5000 less than the first contractor. The owner and his team were very kind and completed the job as promised. I have noticed a huge improvement of overall air quality in my home since the repairs have been done. I would recommend Yoder Home Services to anyone needing this type of work!

He cured the problem that I had had other businesses over several years (a couple of which were large firms) work on and never solve. He took ownership of the problem and even searched for and hired a subcontractor to do the work he could not do. His charges were very reasonable and I would hire him again in a minute.,

Yoder Home Services was very prompt and thorough in removing the mold, treating the surrounding surfaces, and replacing the insulation and drywall. We are very satisfied.

Description of Work: When I bought my house several years ago, the basement / foundation wall had visible cracks around the blocks. Over the years, this progressively became worse and the wall started bowing in. I made an appointment with Mr Yoder and he came in and made an assessment. He thoroughly explained the extent of the damage. He also explained in detail, the repairs he would make.
