TYSON'S CARPET CLEANING

They were excellent!

They came right out, but they had to make a return visit the day after to re do some rooms. It was actually not their fault because I had some rust on the carpets. He was sure he could get it out, but said if it came up again to call them back. The rust came back up immediatly and he had mentioned if it did to just call. They were very professional and they did come out the second time.

They weren't available on my first date of choice but suggested an alternate date that worked for me. I suggested when they arrived that they do the hallway first as it was the worst area and then if needed, they could go over it again at the end of their time. They took that suggestion and did so and we were very pleased with the result. Other stain also were lifted and the carpet looked great. They were efficient and went about their work quickly and professionally.

Most effective carpet cleaning I ever experienced in 40 years of home ownership. They removed old stains that other services could not. Their use of superheated water, heavy duty carpet scrubber, strong suction and carpet grooming rake made our old carpet look like new. They were most professional in their work; they were punctional and even called to let us know when they were 10 minutes from arriving...and that was arriving on time. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. Use the Tyson brothers and you will not be disappointed.
