Without any indication in advance of the costs, carried out not only water extraction from carpet but also a number of other unrequested treatments including the rental of 6 blowers and dehumidifiers for three days at a cost of $260 per day. Also charged $75 for "emergency service call" though the service took place three days after the disaster, and $258 for carpet cleaning, plus other minor charges. Charged for rearranging furniture though nothing was replaced in original position.

We had another A-plus company! They were very prompt, very professional and they were quick in getting the service taken care of. This is a company I have used since 2006. They are good. And one of the reason I like them, is that they are a local company and I like using companies like that whenever possible. They are very good with customer service.

I was able to get an appointment with Terry's at a time that was convenient to me. A few days before arrival, I received a reminder in the mail of my appointment which stated what to do beforehand to prepare. That was helpful. The technician was right on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he looked at what was to be done, pretreated necessary areas and cleaned. One thing I appreciated was his hanging blankets over our door opening to the outside to keep as much cold air out as he could while the door was open for the hoses. I was very impressed with his thoughtfulness! Mike was very courteous, not intimidated at all by our black lab (making friends very quickly with her!), and was just plain nice. He did a fantastic job on all items that were cleaned. Since we chose to have stain protection used for the items (thanks to our furry friend we felt it was necessary) he left us a large bottle of spot remover at no additional charge. Overall, I was very pleased and will call them again when our family room and living room carpets need to be cleaned.

Called them asking for an appointment as soon as possible as we had sold our home and had moved out, they set the appointment within days. The gentleman showed up and went over with me as to what rooms we wanted cleaned and gave he gave me the cost, I agreed with him, then I left, wife went and checked later in the day. The carpets were cleaned and it smelled fresh.

All cleaning effective and fine. Problem was it took the carpet over two days to dry and made a carpet that previously needed some stretching much worse. Did appreciate a recommendation of who to call to have it re-stretched.

This company was hired by the contractor causing the water damage. I found the company service to be inept and negligent. I had to move out of my home for 17 days. In the meantime they used a high-speed fan to blow mold spores all over my house after I had to move out . They caused more damage than they restored. Every surface had to be cleaned, the vents had to be cleaned, new air purifiers needed to be installed. I have a life-threatening allergy to mold. Due to their incompetency, I suffered additional life threatening attacks including ambulance, ER, doctors.This company also installed ceiling tiles that did not match and then wanted payment for those 6 tiles. I found the owner rude and his staff incompetent. Don't waste your time and money with this company. I hired a contractor who knew what they were doing - they found the 95% of the mold that Terry's Restoration missed.

I had called them before I signed up with AL and found them to be rude and very expensive.

Contacted them to schedule an appointment. Worked out a date time within days of my call. Arrived on time and got to work immediately. Chuck did the work himself. Set up the equipment and explained what he would do and got started. Very professional and thorough in his work. Finished within the 3 hours that he said it would take. Cleaned up after the work and tested my system before he left. I was shown the ducts to verify my system was clean. In the last few weeks since the work, my furnace runs quieter and my house seems more consistantly heated. Much of my other dust was sucked out by the vacuum in the process.
