Description of Work: We have a flat roof. They repaired it and improved the flow to the scrupper boxes. Since the problem only occurred when there was an accumulation of ice and snow on the roof, we will not know for certain until winter that their work adequately fixed the problem. They certainly seemed to know what they were doing and they were very prompt, professional, and actually finished before the projected time. They did assure us that they would return in the winter if a problem appeared. We will see-------

+ -1 moreAlthough I've decided to have the original builder take care of the problem, I would certainly use Team Construction or Team Remodeling again.
Description of Work: Jay from their remodeling team came to check out a problem I has having with a drafty fireplace. He was very punctual & professional. I greatly appreciated his advice.

Description of Work: Team gave us an estimate on our bathroom remodel. Team was punctual, professional and even met with us on a Saturday morning twice. We did not end up using them because the price was higher than we expected. It was not an unfair price we just choose to go in a different direction. However, I would have them look bid another job in the future.

Description of Work: Took out old bath tub/shower and replaced it with walk in shower. Added light in shower. Repaired drywall around fireplace.
