Stair Supplies

They requested confirmation of stair landing sizes. I confirmed the landing size by phone. They kept calling for confirmation. I asked my builder to send his measurements. He claimed he sent it, but Stair Supplies claimed they never received the additional confirmation. They shipped the other stair parts, but excluded the landings. They charged me for the landings, but did not ship. Upon discovery of the missing landings, i call the Stair Supplies. They told me that they did not construct and ship because i did not confirm size of the landing. Ashley, the customer service rep, told me that once the landing size is confirmed, they will send in 5 business days. I was given the run-around in the subsequent weeks. The landings finally arrived after 7 additional weeks. I don't understand why they accepted my other measurements for stairs, risers, skirt board and hand rails, but did not accept my landing dimensions.I called the sales manager, Fernando Sainz. Fernando was arrogant and rude. Common courtesy was absent. I was in an apartment. Fortunately, i was able to remain in the apartment on a month to month basis. It cost me two extra months of rent. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone with a time schedule to place an order with this company.
