Description of Work: Once a year Overhead door came to clear our unit because it would start opening the neighbor's door. This time I asked Hostetler and they fixed the problem and I do not expect it to ever happen again. They are also less expensive than Overhead door.

Description of Work: We contacted them on August 1, 2014 to give us an estimate to replace our garage door. They were punctual and professional. I was going to go with another company, but after dealing with the other service tech, I was extremely disappointed with the competition - very unprofessional! Hostetler Door actually came to my home to drop off a new estimate with price reductions when they heard we were getting estimates. (They gave me the Fair discount from the County Fair + a discount for paying by check.) All of this without me asking - they actually called and worked for our business! They were great to work with. We did have a bolt come out about a month after installation, but we were able to fix in a minute or two. I would recommend and work with them again.

Description of Work: They tried to replace a door panel. They ordered and tried to install wrong size panel after waiting months to get it in store. Calls were not returned and response was not orofessionsl when they finally did. I would not recommend using them. We ended up calling 4T Door and they took excellent care of us and we would use them again.

+ -1 moreThe two men who performed the work were professional and courteous. It took longer than expected for the doors to get installed but the company was prompt in returning my call to inquire about the status of the expected installation date.
Description of Work: They replaced two old garage doors on our detached alley garage and also installed a wireless keypad transmitter. We first visited their company building to see samples and their saleperson, Glen Hostetler, was very helpful and patient with us as we entertained different garage door options and cost.

+ -1 moreThe company had put in a new spring for my garage door June, 2012. On 4/2/13 my garage door opened but stopped midway up, metal pieces went flying and it was evident many issues needed to be addressed. The owner of the company came out, saw the problems, fixed them and then only charged me for a service call. He was polite and very caring about making sure every issue was resolved. I can't thank Hostetler enough for the job well done and for the cost of the repairs.
Description of Work: My garage door opener had major issues and Hostettler fixed them all so my garage door opens beaufifully now.

+ 0 moreCalled for check of garage door coming off tracks - new installed June 2010 - took 6 weeks post order to install with multiple calls. December 2012 - door started coming off track. Company called after third episode on Jan and repair order placed for 1/16 in the afternoon. Was called after 5 to say they were behind and wouldn't make appointment. Rescheduled for next am. No show; no call. Called company 1/23 afterhours and asked about repair. Company called back in am and said someone would check that day. Man showed up and said he couldnt repair as he didn't bring tools. Would be back in a and quot;day or twoand quot;. No show; no call. on 1/29 door again off track - company called. Office femaie said someone would call me in am between 8-830. No call; called company at 1030 to ask when repair was going to be done. Not on schedule - man said he would stop by around noon - showed up again without tools to repair. Put door back on tracks and would be back to fix it. He would call. No call to date.
Description of Work: Has not been repaired to date - Someone from Hostetler doors came by twice without tools to make repair.
