+ -1 moreWe got a bill for $135.00 in which my husband tried to dispute to no avail because there wasn't work performed. We understood the "after hours" charge but not $135.00. We paid it and told them we were very unhappy and would never recommend them.
Description of Work: I was left with a leak in my crawlspace due to a frozen pipe which left no running water in our house. We called Goshen Plumbing and they came out after hours which was fantastic! This was on a Thursday evening and the service technician said he would be out tomorrow (Friday) with another guy to help with the leak because it was a 2 person job. My husband took off from work and called that morning to confirm appointment at 8am. Yes, the reception said. After 3pm with no response, he called and they told my husband they couldn't out til Tuesday! 6 days without water is unacceptable and had he'd known that, he would've called elsewhere and not taken off from work.

Description of Work: We moved into our new home and and had a couple of issues with a water heater and leaking condensation pipe as well as a our master shower valve had been initially installed improperly.

+ 0 moreI think their price is a little high but for the quality of their work, their reliability and their workers, I can say that it is worth the extra cost. They clean the bathroom themselves and they never leave a mess. It's a little expensive but you pay for their excellence so it is okay.

He installed a temporary fix for me in 20 minutes, and prepared me for greater necessary changes ahead. The service call + labor + parts was just under $100.

+ 5 moreI am very pleased with their work. Jeff, their construction MGR followed up with me to make sure everything thing was okay. As I said before, as a senior citizen I have dealt with my share of contractors and plumbers and the most important thing to me is honesty and integrity and of course...are they professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, courteous, respectful and clean. They are all of the above. Without any reservations I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: This work was due to a water damage restoration. After they replaced all of my main drain lines from the upstairs bathroom which were in the ceiling of the "piggybacked" downstairs bathroom and partial ceiling of an adjoining bedroom, the ceilings & sidewalls had to be repaired and painted and insulation replaced. I shopped around for quotes but ended up giving the job to them. I wasn't 100% sure they had a professional construction crew. Well they do! I was already pleased with their plumbing work and trusted them so I let them finish the job. They put in a complete new ceiling & insulation in the bathroom, finished with textured paint and wood cove trim. They also replaced & repaired some electrical wiring on the light fixture. They did the same with the partial ceiling in the adjoining bedroom and repaired & painted the damaged sidewall. They primed everything first before painting. They were very good as far as putting down drop cloths to cover the flooring and walls so they would not get dirt or dust anywhere. By the way, this started at the front door and all the way to the work areas.

+ 0 moreHappened on the weekend naturally! Spoke with them Monday and they came out and accessed the situation, shut down my upstairs water lines so we were able to use the rest of the house. Being an emergency, they were able to come back the next day start the work and finished a MAJOR JOB in 2 days. Being a senior citizen, I've been through my share of plumbers and I recommend them highly. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, clean, punctual and most important to me, HONEST! I give them 5 Stars.
Description of Work: Completely replumbed upstairs bathroom drains. Bath/shower, stool & lavatory. The upstairs lines joined to a main 3" drain which was leaking as well as the bathtub drain into the bathroom below and into an adjoining bedroom.. The bathrooms are piggy backed. Had been leaking through the downstairs ceiling quite sometime and didn't realize because we have thick palster & stucco throughout the house. Replaced all copper lines to pvc which is what I wanted.
