Technician Jeff double checked my work, preformed multiple tests and found an exhaust leak. We had no idea. No need to explain how dangerous an exhaust leak can be. We're grateful

I was impressed that the repairman examined the air conditioner and the furnace to make sure all was working properly; even took the delivery temperatures in the bedroom vent.? He was easy to visit with and just charged the normal repair fee.

Bill's Heating could not have done a better job. My air conditioning was repaired by Kyle and he was so professional, thorough, and efficient. The day he worked on my a/c unit was 1005 humidity and temperature in the 90's. He didn't rush and carefully diagnosed and repaired the problem which was in the wring. He tested everything and cleaned it despite the heat. I would highly recommend their service, punctuality, knowledge and professionalism. I am very impressed.

We have our day-time house temp set to 68 during the winter. At 12:30 I noticed that the temp was 65, the furnace blower was running, but no heat was being produced. After an hour or so the temp had moved steadily down to the low 60s. Called Bill's Heating (first time). The service technician (Bob Rossi) arrived around 4:00, immediately diagnosed a faulty pilot light activation sensor, replaced it, and also replaced the pilot light itself. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and with full explanations along the way of what went wrong, which parts need replacing and why! I'm happy with the service and will be using this company for my regular Heating/AC service in the future.

I thought it was a fair price. There was no problem with the workers.

Things were fine. They didn’t ask where I wanted the tube that takes the air out of the house and they just put them by the back door. They offered to move them but there weren’t any other good options so we left it that way. We had an inspection recently and they told us that they couldn’t be there because it was too close to the window outlet. They took out some of my landscaping to put in the air conditioning unit outside and they took out some bushes that were valuable, but they reimbursed me for them. I’ve asked them to do some more work and they haven’t called me back in two or three weeks.
