This project was handled by one Bail Home Services carpenter. He began the work on a Friday around 8 a.m. Made a strong support for the roof over the porch so he could remove the old supports and broke up the old porch (roughly a 5'X4' area). He did not leave that day until he had set the frame and secured a heavy piece of plywood on top so that we could still use the front door over the weekend. He returned on Monday to cut the Trex pieces and built the porch floor and sides. I think his return on Tues. was simply to install the two aluminum posts and the one handrail. Each day he cleaned up everything around the site and driveway where he used a power saw. I have used Bail Home Services in the past and know their reputation for putting in writing what will be done, when it will be done, and how long the job should last. One of their selling points is doing their daily clean-up of the work area, and they also work until the job is completed, no delays. Jared Prough, the sales rep., has always been honest and forthright (no heavy-handed sales pitch), helpful in decision-making, and easy to work with. Sorry I've forgotten the carpenter's name, but he did the work in a timely and efficient manner and the finished job is excellent--better even than I could have envisioned.

This company is awesome. They are responsive, honest, highly skilled people. They aren't the cheapest company around, but the fact that I could sleep at night knowing that I trusted them and what they were doing was worth the difference in price. They were clear with their cost estimates, timely with updates and invoicing, organized, and efficient. Their guys can do everything! Our project was completed ahead of schedule. Great crew and sales team. I'd like to have them over for dinner.

It went well. Honestly, I wasn't even there when they did it, so I don't know as far as clean up and all that. They didn't make any mess anywhere, so it was good when I got home. I mostly dealt with them over the phone and that was about it. They were professional I suppose. They were good.

I love it. They were absolutely awesome. I had them do a little more in my bathroom and I requested the same person. He is very professional. I don't have to be there and I don't have to worry about what goes on. He would clean up when he went to lunch. He would put his stuff in the corner of the room. It's expensive and it's worth it. I will never have to ever have it done ever again. It's beyond my lifetime. That's how good the quality it is for what they did. They did a wonderful job. It's gorgeous.

Bail Home Services and Construction Inc. I love my new roof. No problem. I had some shingles fall off in a storm and they came out and replaced them for me without charge. That was excellent. They are very professional and cooperative. They do detailed contracts and spell everything out exactly as it's supposed to be of all the details of what they are doing and what they clean up and what they take away. Their appearance is very professional. I think it was around $5,000.

When many of my neighboring homes were having new shingles applied to their roofs I thought it might be time to replace my shingles as well. I got two estimates from other local companies and called Bail Home services for a third estimate.. The folks from Bail actually inspected my present roof carefully and said my shingles weren't yet in need of replacement and that just a few minor repairs including a new boot on an exhaust vent would be sufficient. I was thrilled! I will certainly call Bail for future inspections and use them to do the work when the time comes.. I appreciated their expertise and professionalism.

This is my third project with Bail Home Services, and I continue to be most pleased with the work they have done for me. In this project, I had all the aluminum window and door wraps replaced with new custom-bent colored aluminum, and I had a new steel front entry door installed. All the employees I have every dealt with have been most courteous, kind, and friendly. They always clean up after themselves DAILY, leaving very little if anything behind from day to day. Any inquiries are followed up with in a timely fashion. Everyone seems always willing to go above and beyond the client's expectations in their work. I even asked the window wrap installer to give me his advice on brick color for the new front entry steps I was have installed, and he was happy to give his thoughtful advice to assist with that project, which I was having done by a separate company. These are great people, and while the cost might have been a bit more than I wanted to spend initially, the quality of their work and their people is second to none. For this reason, I will continue to work with Bail Home Services for any future home improvement projects.
