Rick's Repair Heating and Cooling

Have used Rick's Repair for 2 years running now. Kyle, the owner, is responsive, professional and straightforward. I highly recommend him.

This week we had our hearing system checked as part of the maintenance plan. It was a different person that who fixes our A/C, but he was just as professional and gave great explanations. Nothing needed attention at the time, but he explained what could happen as our unit ages and exactly how it was performing now - including numbers, which I forgot what they are for, but I know our number and at what level you would need some new parts.i feel this company is very trustworthy.

Kyle sent someone to our house within 90 minutes of us reporting the problem. I have used this company prior to Kyle taking over and have used it since the company changed ownership. They have always been responsive and professional. Prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone with heating or AC needs.

Rick's Repair provides high quality, customer-centered service. Kyle and Darren are extremely knowledgeable in the most up-to-date technology and are quick to respond. They kept my 20-year-old system running as long as possible at the lowest cost and just completed the installation of a new system. Kyle worked with me for a year before the new system was installed to make sure my house had the needed insulation and updates to get the most out of my new system. Highly recommend!

Kyle was profession and courteous. I could not have expected more. There was a minor miscommunication regarding the price of the service, but Kyle honored the erroneous, lower price given over the phone. I will be signing up for their annual service plan.

It went exceptionally well. In the terms of the agreement for the buying our house the a/c and everything involving it was suppose to be cleaned. Kyle showed us how nasty the vents were and it had not been cleaned at all. He explained everything on what he was going to do and how things are supposed to look. He wore booties in the house and the kids loved it. When it comes time to replace our unit, we will call Rick's Repair again.

Ricks is a quick response team with great service. They're completed there jobs for me and each time I was given a couple of move solutions to resolve my problem which I appreciate.

We have worked with ricks repair since 2000 they have never been short on excellent service our unit start making a great deal of noise on was working only on electric in Jan & Feb. Kyle the owner of ricks repair we gave him a call to come and give us an estimate on a new unit cont.

We converted from ceiling radient heat to a gas furnace and also a new air conditioning unit. Kyle Andes, owner, presented three estimate choices (cost levels) to us. He sat down and explained each one and recommended the service he believed we needed. Incidentally, it was not the highest priced estimate. Kyle was very professional, courteous, friendly, and thorough in his explanations. We understood exactly what he was conveying. He suggested an air cleaner and we readily agreed we needed it with our allergy history. Kyle's employees were courteous and friendly and Kyle and his empoyees were very professional. The gas furnace was installed in the crawl space of the house and there was never a complaint about the difficulty of working in that space. Kyle checked everything out once it was completed. Rick's Repair was recommended to us by our son-in-law, who had worked with them on home remodeling jobs. We had three different companies give us estimates and felt that Kyle was definitely the company we wanted working for us. We cannot think of one thing that was not done professionally and with courtesy and full explanation. We highly recommend Rick's Repair for any HVAC need.

Workers were on time, very pleasant, price was in line with other quotes, courteous, explained everything. The owner came when the job was finished to quality ck his works installation.

They did what their job and were speedy about it. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite too. They did a good job.

He came back out with the final estimate and it was just a whole lot than we wanted. I didn't want going through them because of the price.

It went very well they are very thorough, when they make an appt they are usually very punctual, and I've used them now for 6 years now.
