They were prompt and friendly about returning my initial call. They wanted a $ 75.00 service charge just to look at the problem, but would apply the fee to any work that would be done. I did not use them because they do not fix the underlying problem, they only remove the mold. I was looking for someone to bid the job, remove the mold and resolve the problem.

They arrived promptly and gave competitive bid. Explained in detail the process.and delivered exactly to specification. the cleanup, timeliness and professionalism was greatly appreciated

They were very good. Came in and did the job, no messing around. Did a great job.

Well we had two floods. The first job went well. Two weeks later our basement flooded again and we called them back! then to me it was all about the money. Fans and machines were set up and they did not work the whole time! They were tripping the circuits and no one montering them. So they set machines and equipment in your house for days and its hard to understand what your being charged for!! You get charged for every little thing! Example, they hung up a plastic cover in our stairway so the heat and wouldn't go upstairs from the machines. They did this the second flood! we were charged for that! My concern was they had more equipment, more dust the first job because that's when the walls and tile was torn out and no cover for the stairwell then!! So they were nice but I think it was very expensive even the insurance co. thought so. Then I had a hard time getting the estimation from them for the insurance company. The adjuster says they took entirely to long, and it was because of the cost!!!

So far everything has gone just fine. Very satisfied with everything thus far; however, the restoration will be the next step, at which time I will comment on. They're very professional.

They did good. I thought that they were a little pricy though but I don't know what it should have cost. They came right away and got to work right away which is important. To a friend or family member who is looking for a provider for this type of work, I would tell them that they did a really good job but maybe to shop around for price. The crew that came out was just very professional and knowledgeable. They explained things very well and they had uniforms. They just acted professional.

PuroClean came in when they said they would and stayed on the job until completed. Did an excellent job.

I was very impressed with the work of the gentleman that came out. He was took his time to ensure the job was completed properly and kept me updated with what he was doing.

We hired PuroClean to clean up a horrible mess caused by our plumbing company. PuroClean was prompt, professional, reliable, and super to work with. We did not pay any bills because our plumbing company paid to fix our pool house as it was their fault.

I live out of state and recently inherited a home in Floyds Knobs. While waiting for the estate to clear, the home was vacant, and we only discovered 2.5" of water in the basement after it had been there for two weeks. We called PuroClean, and within 2 hours Matt C. was there to check on the extent of the damage. An hour later he had brought the equipment to remove the water and fix the sump pump (which had stopped working and caused the flooding after a heavy rain). By the end of the day (on a Friday!) the water was gone. Over the next two weeks, PuroClean removed all of the damaged woodwork, paneling, carpet, drop ceilings, etc. from the basement. They dehumidified and got rid of the mold from the remaining framing. Matt C. made several more trips to the house to check that it stayed dry. I am *thoroughly* pleased with the result of PuroClean's work. Matt C. was very good about communicating with me via phone and email since I don't live there. I highly recommend PuroClean.

We did not choose this provider, only because the other provider that we contacted first contacted us after the initail contact with this provider. However, this provider was very professional over the phone and very accommodating. This business was further from our home as well. But initial contact was reassurring. Thanks, Sarah W.

work performed as agreed and for the price agreed

After receiving my emergency call, Matt immediately dispatched a team to begin remediating the water damage in our basement. When the basement was dry, the company worked with contractors to repair drywall, trim, door and flooring damage. Matt met with our insurance adjuster on site and got all the work authorized for payment. The contractors hired by Puroclean did a solid job on the repair work, but they missed a few details. Puroclean brought them back for all of the touchups we asked for to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of the repair work. Puroclean did a great job of keeping us informed of the project's progress during the "emergency" phase, but communication lagged a bit during the repair phase. Overall, though, they patiently answered my many questions, and knowing they were on the job, I felt confident my house would get restored back to its pre-emergency conditions.

They work well with the community. The project manager provided us his cell phone and his email, and was available pretty much 16 hours out of the day. He was also aware of who the primary insurance representative was, and had been in touch with her, so he ran interference with the insurance company.

They are very responsive, punctual, and professional.
