I needed an ev charger and they were out installing it three working days later. Everything was done professionally and cleaned up afterwards. I didn’t even need to be there to let them in which was nice. They were done within two hours and everything comes with a one year warranty. I’ll definitely recommend and use them again.

Had a bad storm tree fell on the main power line to the house and no one would come out during this and Norton Electric came out with a generator and saved use. The made all the repairs and they did such a great job I had them install a back generator for me. I will not be calling anyone else going forward.

We hired this company to do two simple jobs, replace the transformer in our landscape lights and replace an outside outlet. Neither worked after they left. Two visits later the landscape lights are finally working but the outlets are not. He claims he did us a favor by not charging us for the necessary follow-up visits to get the lights working. The owner now refuses to come back and fix the outlet problem. We were charged $550 and paid immediately. We had to beg for an itemized receipt for over a month to understand how the charges for a 1-1/2 hour visit got so high. We finally received a receipt that was very vague. It did not mention cost of very minor part (outlet) or hourly rate the company charges. There was a $150 service fee just to show up and a $100 trouble shooting fee which seem both outrageous and duplicative. Instead of working with us to resolve the issue, the owner is defensive and argumentative. He seems to be holding a grudge because he had to come back 3 times to finish the original job and the fact that we questioned his pricing.
