I f you look below you will see a great review from the same person. Once he built his house he realized he was in to deep and cant afford the house and now he wants to move to Florida He asked me many times to help him with other jobs but i was to busy we were friends but not any more.

I have seen Mr Payne built a Temple on previous year before I chose him to build my personnel house, he had lots of experience on building homes..., resonable price, hard worker...definitely can't go wrong.
Description of Work: Excavation, cutting over 200 trees down, built me roughly 10,000 sq ft home on 6.3 acres. He built all exterior including a 30'x60' pole barn, I finish interior myself...
