Description of Work: After multiple calls, Came to Ck light fixture on ceiling fan , unable to fix. Purchased new ceiling fan and again have made multiple calls for schedule installation. Finally was told they were extremely busy and to feel free to call someone else for service.

 + -1 moreChris came out to give me a proposal about a week ago. He showed up on time, wrote everything down, got my email address and then left. It has been almost a week and I still have not received the proposal. Maybe it is just me, but I don't think I should have to beg a company to receive a proposal for services for which I will be paying. I took time out of my day to drive to New Albany to meet him, so it is rather frustrating. Initial behavior is an indicator of future behavior.

Description of Work: They added a switch for my flood light that is on top of my garage and they also eliminated my pool circuit in my backyard.

Description of Work: Replaced the main circuit breaker in the electrical box of our house. They arrived early on the morning of the appointment. They completed the job quickly after having to wait on Duke Energy to arrive to turn off the power to the house. I will use them for future electrical work.

 + -1 moreThe work described above was done very well. It turned out to be an all day job because three runs for needed parts had to be made. Glad they were short logistic runs. It took a month to go from getting quotes to job completion and that is mostly because I wasn't in a hurry. I'm not sure I would have got the price I expected had I not had some previous construction, electrical and subcontracting experience.
Description of Work: I'm a "Sunbird" new to the area and I had a 50 Amp service installed on the kid's acreage.. It involved Installing split breakers to make room for a 50 Amp breaker on the main house panel; next the service line was run across the basement and though the basement wall. From there a 50+ foot trench was created and conduit carried the line to a utility post on which an RV connection box was hung. The trench was left open for same day installation of a water line and TV cable by others. I originally had the electric quotes from three (3) electrical companies but all, including Deuser's. where at least TRIPLE what I ended up paying. I worked with Deuser, my most local supplier, to get the quotes down to earth (after two more tries). I also was influenced to choose Deuser because of a local friend's recommendation
