+ -1 moreIt was much cheaper than I thought for on-site computer service. The Tech explained what he was doing while the computer was being fixed. Most problems are enviromental issues at your office/home and can not be effectively fixed by taking the computer somewhere. I learned about my computer, how to take care of it, and free virus protection too!
Description of Work: On-site service for computer repair was less expensive than I thought. A tech arrived on-time and called before he came too. He replaced a part in my Dell and I was up and running within an hour.
