Tramail's Painting Service

I never write bad reviews, but I have to make an exception in this case. In my case, there was a big difference between Jonathan Tramail's promises in person and how the work actually was performed. Despite his promises, the quality of painting was poor, they had to come back to re-do many areas, and Tramail promised to install a final piece of trim work which he still hasn't done. (Tramail promised the work would be done in two weeks, and it's now been four weeks with no follow-through.) Once I committed to the job, Tramail seemed mostly focused on getting me to pay big chunks of money toward the final balance, even when they clearly had a lot of work to do. I am very disappointed. I'm sure Tramail will try to discount my review, but word to the wise: be careful, and get every promise he makes into the actual contract. Email and text chains just don't count with him.
