They gave me a price, but then I negotiated that twice for the bathroom because some things were not going to get done. We wanted a particular trim for the outdoor garage door. They didn't have it, but we said we will go and search for the door that has that particular trim and if they can come in and put the door in, they said they will be glad to do it.

It started off ok. Basically it looked good when they finished. But the plumbing leaked from the upstairs bathroom to the bedroom below. They kept trying to fix it themselves, it never worked, then we called a real plumber ourselves. They fixed the problem. The roof leaked and flooded the kitchen, damaging walls, floors and ceilings leaking down to the basement and flooding the basement, giving us a mold problem in the house. The windows and doors leak and the windows are hard to lock if they lock at all. Every bit of work they did, eventually SUCKED.
