Using this company has been the worst vendor experience of my life. We hired them in August of last year to complete a drain system to prevent water from accumulating in our window wells. After 2 months of almost daily frustration, we were told they were done and the system would work. At the winter thaw in February, all of our window wells were full and we needed them to come out and demanded another plumber come out. They sent the same plumber who then tried to install a sump pump in the outside of our house and demanded more money! We advised him that the outside sump pump was against code and wouldn't work. We were then subsequently told by other plumbers the work they did was the worst they'd ever seen and we should sue them. The plumbers came out and installed a sump pump inside the house, but that was a painstaking process as they had different kids come out and they all made mistakes - including cracking our foundation when they installed the sump pump. After all this time, they finally said they were finished and they laid sod where they had dug up my yard. In watering the sod, I've gotten water in my house again and have now been told its due to the terrible job they did in laying the sod and in the cheap sump pump they installed. Really just a terrible experience. I'm now paying another company $2000 to complete the job right.
Description of Work: Install drain pipe to keep water out of the basement and the window wells. It ended up resulting in a sump pump being installed.

They started digging in the wrong spot. Nothing could be done over the weekend. So when they finally got down to where the pipe was it wasn't the right spot. So I agreed for them to extend it a few feet. They dug the tunnel under the hedges. It was seven to eight feet deep. It was supposed to be a two day job but it went for longer than that. The call had never been made to formally reschedule the inspection. So I waited until Thursday. Thursday came and the inspector came over and failed them. They had used the wrong piece to connect the pipes together. They used the rubber ones but they need the metal. The inspector said that the new pipe was too high. He flunked them. By that time we had to put my parents in a hotel because it was their house. They had been staying at another family's house but they got sick. Friday came around. The inspector came again after they did more work and he flunked them again. They worked on it again and by the time I got there the workers told me that they had finally passed the third time. The started throwing the soil back in the hole. They accidentally threw the old pipe in the hole, which they were supposed to take away. On the 27th of February I called my credit card company and I found out that the sewer company had already took out the money from it. I finally filed a complaint with the business bureau. Then they came back because they had to break up the earth and get the pipe out. I was really upset that I had been charged for the whole job when the work hadn't been completed. I contacted my credit card company. The story got changed so many times. For once and for all we needed to figure out what was done. At one point the president offered to take 200 dollars off the charge if they didn't have to dig it up to get the pipe out. Eventually what happened was that they were finally going to come back and dig it back up. But nobody showed up. The workers that didn't come were fired. My dad wanted 1000. They didn't want to go with 1000. I had been told they would come back and dig for six hours but they were not here that long. I had asked them to probe the rest of the site for other pieces. When I was with them I heard about 3 phone calls wondering when they would be done. It seemed the re-dig was not really a re-dig, it was just a token thing to say that they did it. Now that they had proven that the pipe was there we wanted some money taken off the charge. Then the bvd offered arbitration. Everyone said I should file with the county court. I went to court and found out the letter had never been signed. It began on February 1st and up until now the whole thing is still not done. I don't like the quality of their work or their service.
Description of Work: They were supposed to replace sewer lines for us. It was supposed to be for twenty feet.
