 + 0 moreExcellent service. Heat went out over night. He called almost immediately and stopped by on the way to another client to determine the problem. Unfortunately, a major part was needed. He managed to find it the same day and came back to fix it so I would have heat. Very professional and helpful. Would recommend him to everyone and will definitely use him again. He was a lifesaver.

 + -1 moreI was pleasantly surprised when Scott said he could be at my house within the hour, and he was. Upon inspection, he found/diagnosed the problem (a burned out capacitor) and went to work replacing it. Within a half hour, my house started cooling down. He answered all my questions and gave me information as to prevent future issues. The cost was very reasonable. His demeanor was courteous, friendly and professional. YAY! I now have a reliable 'go to' HVAC technician I can depend on.
