Description of Work: Our water pipe burst in the winter time. $16,000 worth of damage, and I am only receiving $6,000 as a settlement.

+ -1 moreAll I can say is thank GOD I bought the company s sewer protection policy by checking off the small $100 yearly fee on my bill. It would have cost me close to $10,000 dollars to have fixed what they did for me, and instead it cost me a one time fee of only fifty dollars. The men that came were very professional and answered all the questions I had. I seriously recommend everyone reading this to get the sewer protection plan from this company because you never know when this type of very bad situation can happen to you.
Description of Work: I noticed that I had cracked tiles outside and water started to come up from the ground in my yard and basement. I called IAWCA and they came out and diagnosed my problem as a deteriorated piping system from my drains to the street. They completely replaced the entire piping system, back hoeing the yard and drilling through the concrete in order to place down the new sewer pipe. They took 2 days or so to complete this and all waste was thrown out by them when they replaced the ground cover, the cement and left.
