+ -1 morePoor quality workmanshipSaid knew how to do drywall, but does not cut holes too big drywall looks horrible, it is a mess. Electrical sockets are too large and does not even know the state laws.
Description of Work: Charles is a rip off he told us that he can do drywall and he had a crew come over to the house and made a mess along with not even cleaning it up. His work is very unprofessional and he said he was only bringing one person with him them he brought some guys that did not know what they were doing. He said one of his guys was experienced in drywall and he was not they cut the electrical sockets tooooooo large and did not even meet up the corners and it was a mess. He refused to fix it properly and we asked for reimbursement of materials so we could get it done correctly but he refused and we are taking him to small claims court in Porter Co. Also he brought someone who is a drug dealer and was in jail. BEWARE LIES AND DOES NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES ALMOST BURNT THE HOUSE DOWN.

+ -1 moreAbsolutely horrible. Misrepresented skill and capabilities. Stole our deposit and materials. Upon trying to retrieve our items he called my husband and I derogatory names and made racially charged statements. I found him off of Craigslist where he touts that he has 21 years of experience. He goes on and on about what he can do and how professional he is which none of it turned out to be true. He will come across as credible and professional in the beginning, but as soon as you give up the cash, it will all go down hill. At least it did for me. He says that his wife is the office manager and will use her as a scapegoat for everything including why he tore out my bathroom and never came back. Now we have to go to court to recoup our lost.
Description of Work: Entered an agreement to perform a bathroom remodel which included building a custom vanity and cabinet.
