From the beginning, Shield Exterior had been great! We put in for an estimate online, and received a call a couple hours later that day and scheduled a meet up. We had someone come and talk to us all about our options. He was very professional and understood our needs. When the crew came to put on the roof, they arrived in the morning (like scheduled) and they worked hard all day and got it done in one day :) All the workers were very professional. Our metal roof looks great and I couldn't be any more happier!

Shield Exteriors was friendly, easy to reach and did great work. We absolutely love our new roof. When we needed a date moved they were able to do so with 1 phone call. The ease and confidence with this company is fantastic and I'd recommend them and their work to any of my friends and family.

When we talked to the guy that sold us the roof he Guaranteed us that our yard would look better after they left then it did before they came, that was a lie. They broke my decorations I had out for Christmas (they gave me a gift card for that)they left stuff laying all over the outside of my house. I have picked up more than my fair share of metal and screws they used to put on the roof and that's after the cleaning crew came out 3 time's. They came back to answer my questions and concerns about some things on the roof. Someone from that company called me and came to my house to talk about how I felt about how they did my roof, he gave me a magnet to go threw my yard on my own. They didn't like my review I gave them on Google maps and they called asking me what they could do to get that bed review into a good one, I told them there is nothing you can do. I would add to the review but im not changing it to make it look better than it really was. I painted my front porch ceiling and then there where water marks on it and they said it was my wooden window sitting on the front porch roof that is causing the problem so the raped it in flashing(metal) and it is only a temporary solution that I needed a new window. That is the only thing I give them a thumbs up for. The only person that called me to keep me informed on the roof for my shed we removed from the side of my house they fired. They said he didn't do as he was told to do on my shed roof,so they fired him! I have pictures of the mess they left behind and yes this was a few years ago but I still WOULD NOT have them do it again, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone AGAIN! I told a friend at work I was having a new roof on my house she asked who I told her and she called them as well and it didn't work out well for her either!!!

The salesman was awesome. He recommended a better alternative at a cheaper price, with the same guarantee.

We highly recommend Shield Exteriors! When we bought our house we knew we would eventually need a new roof, but we weren’t sure what that process would look like. Shield exteriors went above and beyond to explain everything in depth to us so we could understand, answer every question we had, and checked on us during the process to see how things were going. Once the roof was installed, we couldn’t believe how fast and efficient this company was! We left for work and came home to a brand new beautiful roof in one day! We couldn’t be happier. No mess, no stress.

It was awesome. The workmanship is great. They had the whole roof done in two days. Cleaned up after themselves very well. The whole Crue was completely professional. My roof is really steep with high peeks and they done the job perfect.

They did a awesome job and the previous leak that was there is gone!

When the installers came to replace our roof, they were very professional and respectful of everyone in our household. The new roof replacement took less than a day. When they were finished, they went around the house and picked up all the extra metal pieces and anything else they dropped. This is an amazing company to work with.

The sales person promised several things. One of the was quick responses and w letter for my insurance. The installation took longer than expect d to be scheduled. It took q phone call to finally get them to get it done. The installation itself was quick. They clean up and was hardly any sign of them having been there. The sales man told us that they would also call after installing the roof to to make sure we were satisfied. We called twice and email atvl at once before they finally sent an email with the letter to present to our insurance, but no review of their service. We still have not heard back from them.

Every single shield employee that showed up was professional and courteous. They were very transparent about every other roofing company's prices, even admitting I could possibly get a better deal somewhere else if I wanted to look myself, but the double lifetime warranty (and the company being based near where I was born) was what sold me.

The job was done very well and in a timely manner. The contractors did an excellent job on the work and clean-ups. A+

Shield Exteriors is an amazing company with whom to work. Everything was done within the time frame laid out when we first sat down. They were thorough, answered all our questions, were reasonable, and went above and beyond our expectations from start to finish. Their installers were extremely polite, friendly, and answered any questions we had. They were very conscientious as well...a screen was accidentally caught and torn. They approached me, told me what happened, removed it, took it to a local hardware and had it replaced by the end of the day! Would definitely use them again. They showed character and honesty from beginning to end. That alone speaks volumes.
