He answered all of our many questions both professionally and made the decision making process so much easier. He showed us the product in person and in photos. He explained exactly what to expect. The crew came to roof our house and they were amazing! No worries about the kind of people at your house, these guys were great! They worked hard and fast and our roof looks amazing!!! They made sure the materials were neatly stacked the left over material. They finished in 1 day!!! They sent a clean up guy who also did a fabulous job! I have zero complaints!! This is a lifetime roof in the color of Hawaiian Blue.

+ 0 moreThe material was delivered and put where we asked it to be left and shortly afterwards 3 nice guys showed up and laid out the material and went to work. They did a wonderful job and were done in about 5 hours for the whole roof. They cleaned everything up and had the pile of trash for the next man to come and pick it up the same day. There was nothing at all for us to get rid of. Everybody involved with this has been very nice to deal with in person and on the phone.

+ -1 moreMy wife and I couldn't have asked for a better roofing experience. The roof on our 2300 sq. ft. house turned out beautiful and the entire process was smooth from the beginning. The sales representative, who met with us on Sept. 2, 2020, was very personable and spent about two-and-a-half hours with us, being very patient answering our questions and explaining every facet of the process. We were given a 6-8 week time frame for the job to take place. The materials were delivered on-site on Oct. 26, 2020; the roofing crew showed up the following day at the crack of dawn and finished the job by the end of the day, just as the weather turned wet. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything in a pile for the designated cleanup person. The latter arrived a short time later and worked in the rain, diligently picking up every little piece of scrap, even though there were accumulated leaves around the perimeter of the house. It's baffling how he was able to be so efficient in such conditions. We have no regrets about our decision to buy from Shield Exteriors.

After the meeting to get a quote for our roof, while it is more expensive than replacing with shingles, our new roof has a lifetime warranty. When our roof was installed, it was completed in one day. Each person doing their part of their job and the roof was put on in one day, it was amazing. Very hard workers as the temperature was in the 90's. Now we feel more secure than ever before.

They finished the next day about 4:00 and the clean up crew immediately started. They left nothing out of place then went over the yard and anywhere they worked with a very large magnet. No nails, screws or small pieces of metal were left behind.. We were impressed with their professionalism and work ethic.
