He conducts himself in a polite and professional manner and does exceptional work. While no work was performed on this job, Phil has done other work for me in the past with excellent results!

Description of Work: Concrete approach to two care garage and new concrete to the side of approach. He tore up all the old concrete and poured new, making everything better than it was when it was originally done.
