We were very please with all of his services. We have used him several times for several years to complete different projects. He is very prompt and friendly. He finishes the projects within the time frame given. Jon is very flexible with the customer in designing and during the construction process. We would highly recommend Parks Custom Services.
Description of Work: Replaced our concrete driveway. He has poured our stamped patio and set the landscape blocks. He has as well assembled an indoor fireplace surround

It was awful, this guy lied from the time we signed the contract to the last we met with him. He did not ever finish the job. However, he did keep our money. Our front porch sat on stilts for 6 months.... He didnt know what he was doing, however, told us he had 30 years experience. After the fact, unfortunately we found he was only in business 9 months according to the records of our state. He does not have any type of contractors license. he lied about this to us. And of course we didnt check unitil there was a crooked cracked mess in the front & back of our house. This guy is bad news, several people in our community have had the same issues. Please feel free to call me 260-248-8608 if you are considering using this joker. I will talk to you about our experiences. We have consulted a engineer concerning this job, as well as bids of repair. Its not good.
Description of Work: Our contract stated he was to remove and replace our front porch and back patio.

It is very unfortunate that there are totally dishonest people in every community such as the [member name removed]. The before and after pictures of this job are posted on our website. Please look at them. I only wish I would of researched there history.They wanted an inexpensive repair and were suppose to remove the existing colums that supported the porch. Upon arrival we should've left when we saw they hadn't done that . Larry comes out and says oh he wasn't able to do it. OK. So now we have to run get posts and shoring lumber of course he didn't buy nor did he ever return them as agreed to nor did he pay remaining due.They did however demand that I replace step at street for the $400,00 option they refused at time of contract because they said they couldn't afford it 1 hour before concrete truck arrives. They had his mother come out with her checkbook. I explained he can't get done for that now as concrete is on the way and we can't demo it at this point. She was mad. We did our very best for them using used forms and a monolihtic pour on porch. And they were very well aware of what and how this pour was. Upon finishing our pour they thanked us for a great job. The next morning we arrived to clean up saw and seal. Mrs. [member name removed] and her father n law are screaming and yelling and he tells us to get our shit and get we won't be paid anything else on this job Wow never in my life.I asked them to please calm down and assured them we will make it right.I fullfilled our obligations. We went back three times and they would not answer the door.These people had no intentions of paying to begin with.I had the WhitleyCounty. building inspector come out and look at this job and his opinion was this is an acceptable job. Three other contractors also looked at it with the same opinion. Oh yeah after we have the porch footing dug and walls formed to the existing footprint she comes home and informs us this is suppose to be formed to outside of house and taller up to bottom of door sill. Biting my tounge I explained we agreed to leave to same dimensions to save permit costs. She replied she didn't care and larry commented she gets what she wants. Ok now we tear it all apart and waste the rest of day reforming. now we have to form second step as we have had to raise it 8". Hassles of trying to satisfy. Now she comes home from work and having to listen to larry complain about her all day she says she has been on our website and wants the steps to have rock face look. I give her that. After pour we are stripping face forms she comes out and tells guys she hates that look and we end up having to rub out the faces of steps. Then told us how great we did. then to cowardly to be there so have your father throw us off job. then not even answer your door 3 different times .Some people have no morals, scrupils,and aren't worthy. This couple fits that bill.It is shameful that u can post your lies so easily. May God forgive u for your tresspasses. AS I am not the only person u and your family have screwed.
