This is the second place I contacted about ants coming into my kitchen from a floor vent. I filled out their online form, and someone got back to me within a few hours with an estimate of the cost. I replied accepting the offer, and gave my schedule for the next couple of days. I ended my message asking if any of those times worked for them. It's been a week, and I haven't heard back from them. The first place I contacted never responded at all, so I guess this is an improvement over that.

I called Mike at Apex Pest Control this morning and asked for an estimate to spray the outside of my one story house. Mike told me it would be $70.00. He said he just finished up a job near me and if I wanted he could be at my house in 10 minutes. His newer vehicle was nicely painted with the Apex logo. His appearance was very professional. He introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He asked me where I noticed any spiders. He explained a program for repeat sprays. He did not hard sell, which I appreciated. I decided to just have him spray today. He was done in about 30 minutes. I was very happy with his work, and will definitely use his service again !

Prior to the treatment, contacted me to see what and where the bugs were and what our concerns were. then set up a personalized system for our home. scheduled the appointment and arrived right on schedule. took the time to tell me what was going to happen and had me take pets away from service for the few minutes it took to dry. Service was quick, effective and we scheduled regular service. I love that he gave us his number and said, "If you see or need anything in between, just call and we will come back to fix it...no charge!" As a former customer of a Big Name Service, I am Loving this new local and personal provider.
