Ok old house WWTT (what were they thinking?) fans (see also my review for Harris Heating and AirConditioning). Here's another review for a service provider that has played a large part in making our '70s house livable, and dare I say, understandable. Provided a clean bill of health by our house inspector for our home's electrical system, we bought our house thinking that sorting out the small stuff like which switches turn what on & off would be easy right? Think again, amigo. We had several electricians into our home after we bought it, as we had lights we couldn't figure out how to turn on or off, circuits in the fuse box that controlled nothing that we could discover, live electrical cable buried outside by our front door that was not in conduit and seemingly could not be turned off at the fuse box, junction boxes in the attic with cables from 5 different directions converging (WWTT!), etc. I couldn't make up stuff this good. The first several electrician visits (NOT T&H) not only clarified nothing, in one instance the electrician made things worse. Finally we called T&H. When we described our issues, it was suggested we get on Eric's schedule, as he is talented at figuring out electrical stuff that has been messed with extensively. We had to wait several weeks. Was it worth it! Simply put, Eric is THE MAN. Not only did he solve the mysteries described above, he also installed a lighting fixture in our dining room (whose junction box was controlled by no switch anywhere in the home before he corrected it), he wired a new switched outlet for us that involved the removal and reinstallation of existing trim, he rewired our bathroom lights and fans so they work independently of each other, he dealt with the hot mystery cable by the front door, he undid the brainless work done by the previous electrician, he had to run new cable, and, other issues too numerous to mention. He busted tail in the 3 visits he spent in our home. Eric does great work, and can truly problem solve. Boy, did we need that! And, Eric's a nice guy. Hat's off to Eric and T&H!
