Description of Work: We are in the process of a remodel in our kitchen and our contractor hired Kevin to do the plumbing work. Kevin installed new piping, drain and garage disposal in our new kitchen. He also moved our refrigerator water line to a new location.

+ 0 moreIt went how you wish everything would go. He came when he said he would, was finished when he said and charged what he said. He was very professional and we have nice clean soft water.
Description of Work: Mister Rogers installed a new water softener and a whole house water filter. We live on a well and were having lots of problems with rust. When our softener quit working we asked Kevin for suggestions. His suggestion to add the whole house water filter was excellent. We have not had any rust.

Description of Work: We have a well and when we started losing water pressure, we called Mister Rogers plumbing to ask what we should do. Kevin asked a few questions and then said it sounded like our whole house filter was probably full of stuff and needed changed. Sure enough, he was right. Instead of paying a service call, it was a quick fix on the phone and a $15 fileter replacement. He is very honest.

+ -1 moreThe ceiling fan in our enclosed porch/mud room started leaking water pretty fast soon after the first cold snap. I had another major plumbing service come out the next day and they wouldn't even quote on it because it involved ripping out the ceiling. Mister Rogers came out on a Sunday to look at it when no one else would respond. He recommend I rip out the old ceiling myself to save a lot of money and that's what I did. In the end, we didn't go with Mister Rogers Plumbing because their quote came in higher and they seemed to be pretty backed up with work at the time.
Description of Work: Needed emergency repair of leak in ceiling below our bathroom.

+ -1 moreA great experience. Finding water in your basement is always disconcerting and Kevin's prompt service was wonderful.
Description of Work: I found water in my basement and needed emergency service. I got Kevin's name from Case Handyman who had done work for me before. They recommended him highly. Kevin was working nearby and arrived literally minutes after I called. He determined that my waer heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. While his truck was in the shop, he borrowed a vehicle from a friend and had my new water heater installed within a few hours. He really went out of his way to take care of me and did so with courtesy and ethusiasm. I don't think I could have gotten this kind of service from a large company at this price.

+ 0 moreOur well pressure tank was "clicking" a lot. I called Mister Rogers and he saved me some time because he was able to patiently talk me through what I should look for. By phone he diagnosed that it was the bladder in the pressure tank. He came that same day and fixed it. He even installed a knob to turn the water off and on at a better height so it wasn't so hard to access. Great job!
Description of Work: Replaced the bladder in our well pressure tank.
