Description of Work: Mike Waugh built my home in 2006, finished my basement in 2008 and has done a number of handyman jobs for me since. He does excellent work, stands behind it and is reasonably priced.

Description of Work: They came and installed new gutters, windows, put on a new roof, and put in a new A/C.

+ 1 moreEverything went very well with them. He came in when he said he would for the estimate. He was great with communicating everything. He showed me samples, and showed me examples of his work. I took other bids, but his was the best and I felt most comfortable with him. I was out of town when they did the work and when I came back, it was all done perfectly. The floor looks beautiful. They came back later to ask if I was happy with the job that they had done and were curious if there was anything more they can do, like move the furniture.
Description of Work: They removed the carpeting, and had it removed from two hallways that go from the great room to some bedrooms. They installed oak flooring in those areas. They put it in the closets as well, and the great room. He put shoe molding wherever he put in the wood flooring. I have a concrete porch on the back of my house. He put posts up, and created a fence and created an enclosed porch. He also painted. He also put in some steps, which makes it easier to get into the backyard.

Description of Work: After committing to fix my porch rail, he never responded after repeated attempts to contact him. He would not even respond to a request for where I could get replacement materials to repair the railing that he originally installed. Left me in the lurch!
