I used Warweg for the first time last year as my long-time irrigation guy retired. They were ok, not great but acceptable (3.5 out of 5). However, this year, they have apparently either gained more customers, lost several employees, or combination of both. I waited weeks for service on heads that needed fixed, while my lawn slowly died in the heat this year. When they finally showed up, they left my yard looking like a mole had done the work. I don't see a way to add photos here but, be assured, they left a mess that an amateur would be ashamed of. Trying to contact Warweg for any reason is frustrating as the office staff seems to have very little knowledge of why everything takes so long and they seem to be in a constant state of disarray. I'm going to find another irrigation service for next year. I would do so immediately but I paid up front for the entire year. I would strongly encourage any reader to keep looking for an irrigation service other than Warweg.

Company never reached out regarding estimate requested

Outstanding! After having a fence installed 4 zones working out of the same valve box no longer worked. Figuring the controller wire had been hit I was convinced digging would be required. Called Warweg and scheduled a repair service. Their tech showed up as scheduled. He traced wire from valve box to controller and found no broken wire. He then found wires in valve box were corroded. He redid connections in valve box restoring system to proper operation. He then replaced two nozzles. No digging required, all is well.

Outstanding! I needed three irrigation heads relocated to install a fence. I contacted three irrigation companies listed on Angie's list through Angie's list website. Warweg was the only company to respond. An appointment was arranged for Chad to make a visit. Chad was right on time for the visit. He looked at the project and came up with an easier and cheaper solution than I had. They're the pros. Chad is very knowledgeable about proper lawn irrigation. I received and approved the estimate. Chad said he would check the schedule to see if the job could be done in the same week. I marked the heads to be moved and where I wanted them moved to. On Friday of that week, Paul move the heads even though I wasn't home. What a pleasant surprise to arrive home just as he was finishing checking his work and proper operation of the system. (I appreciate self starters. He had a job to do and just did it)

Purchased home in June and it came with a lawn irrigation system. We have not had one before so didn't know much about it. They came out to winterize and took the time to give me a full overview of the entire system and how to operate the control panel. I know he is super busy this time of year, so taking the time out to spend with me was much appreciated. He and his grandson did the winterizing. On a sidenote, since we are new to this, we also didn't know that we needed to wrap up the backflow outside of our home prior to them coming to avoid freezing. The office staff made me aware when I set the appointment and they even had an easy tutorial on their website to show me what to do. This place is top notch, highly impressive, and I will recommend to all of my friends and neighbors in the future.

Granted, the time it took to get an estimate (3 months) and the time until install (3 months) was longer than I wanted, they told me it would take this long, and they hit their time estimates and were on-time. They did an excellent job installing the equipment and took time to explain how everything works. I recommend Warweg & Co.

The job went well. Communication was good from the start. They only took 2 days for the installation. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were done. They were more expensive than some other quotes, but I feel like you get what you pay for. They were very good.

After new sod was installed on our 150’ by 110’ lot in April 2017, I knew we needed an irrigation system. I interviewed 9 irrigation companies before selecting the right one to do the job in July. We selected Warweg & Co. to install our irrigation system for a host of reasons. Warweg did not have the lowest bid but Chad Warweg, owner of the company, took the time to come to our house twice. He explained in detail what his bid included and how the system would work. One company wanted to make a bid using Google sky cam to determine where to position the irrigation heads. Chad Warweg came to the house to walk-off the distance between each sprinkler head and ensure there would be maximum coverage and no dry spots. One company wanted to install the irrigation system control panel on the outside of the house so it would be easier for their technicians to open and close the system each year. Chad Warweg knew the control panel needed to be inside the garage so we could access the panel during the day or in the middle of the night if needed. One company wanted to place the backflow preventer in the front of the house so they would not have to run pvc pipe along the driveway. Chad Warweg knew the backflow preventer should not be in the front yard and should be out of sight. On the day of installation, Ed, the Warweg operations manager, walked-off the measurements from the diagram that Chad had provided and made some modifications to the plan. Ed then turned over the project to Lorenzo, who is the crew chief, and his hardworking, conscientious crew members. The men took their time, did not rush the work, and made additional tweaks to the original plan, to ensure my irrigation system would do exactly what it was meant to do. They tested and re-tested the watering patterns of the sprinkler heads. After they completed the work, they patiently instructed us on how to use the system and made sure the yard was left neat and tidy. My neighbor was so impressed with their meticulous work, that he called Warweg to re-position two sprinkler heads that had been installed by another company four years ago. If you are looking for an irrigation company, you do not need to look any further than Chad Warweg and his well-trained team.

They were very thorough, worked around all of our landscape, and they did a great job with clean up. They were wonderful people and really knew what they were doing.

Always return phone calls and worked on our schedule. They came on time and explained details regarding the system. Technicians are polite and have the training and experience to do a quality job.

Had to wait a week for an appointment for Mr Warweg to come out and do the estimate and meet with me. Other providers were able to give estimates within a few days and without me being home. Mr Warweg was on time for our appointment and very friendly and professional. He gave me 2 estimates - one for the "Classic" system and one for the "Elite". I didn't feel pressured into either option. He explained his plan and many of the features of the equipment that would be used. I ultimately decided to go with another provider that was a slightly lower cost (about $600 less) for essentially the same set-up (same number of nozzles and design). Mr Warweg had commented that my set-up would be a little trickier and therefore was a slightly higher estimate, due to my invisible dog fence and some shallow tree roots. The other provider did not charge more for those things, in fact he said the work around those things "all the time" and that they are pretty routine. There was also a slight difference in the other provider's favor on the piping used. Those two things pretty much clinched my decision to the other provider.

Perfect, they were on time and totally professional. During the complete opening of the system and training me on the controller they found zero wrong with the system and were 100% knowledgeable concerning the system

It was fine. He was running late but called and gave me updates on when he would be there. He got right to work and didn't waste anytime. Within an hour my system was working

I bought their winterization offer on Thursday and was able to get it taken care of on Monday. Quick, efficient and professional. We will be using them to open up our system in the Spring and get our Backflow Tested. If you are looking for a company that will go out of their way to make things right, and do what they say they will do, give them a call. Cindy is very polite and we've had Scott to our house a few times and each time he's pleasant and friendly.

Technician showed up promptly, answered all questions, and performed services in a timely manner. Very pleased with service. Will use them again.

I had them come out to winterize my sprinkler system. Jeff called me to confirm my appointment, showed up on time and he was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Scheduling was easy, the office staff were professional, friendly and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

We've been using Warweg for 5 years now. They are reliable, have the required expertise and do a good job.
