Description of Work: Did an excellent job installing the irrigation system. Minimum damage to existing lawn. Cleaned up the area each night. System works as promised and is very easy to operate. Good at returning calls. Would highly recommend to anyone considering an irrigation system.

Description of Work: Somehow last summer, I accidentally purchased a Angie's List Daily Deal for shutting down my irrigation system. I paid $50 online for it. The problem is, I DO NOT HAVE an irrigation system! When I found my error, I called Warweg and Co. to explain my error in the hopes of getting my $50 returned. Obviously, I did not use the service. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and said I would get a return call the next day. Weeks went by. No return call. I called a second time, a third time, a fourth time. Every time, I explained my error and I was always polite and courteous. Each time ,I got the same polite response back. "Someone will call you tomorrow." I never got one phone call from Warweg. Now, when I DO get an irrigation system, I know that they are polite people, but not cooperative at all. I would never consider using Warweg and Co. I am very disappointed in their company. And all for a lousy $50.

Member, First of all I want to apoligize for your frustration! My name is Amy Hess and I am the office manager here at Warweg. I was out on vacation the first part of April and I know that with the early heat and Spring Start-ups the call volume was unbelievable in my absence! I did not receive a message that you had called. I sincerely apoligize for that. However, I have checked our records and I do show that you purchased the Big Deal on line with Angie's List. Your Coupon Code was sprinkler6659. Our technician was originally scheduled to winterize your sprinkler system on 11/19/10 and then had to return on 11/23/10 to complete the winterization because access was needed to the garage. You do have a sprinkler system. You have a Rainbird Rotary controller located in the garage on a shelf, 10 zones, and your water supply comes from a lake. The system was winterized so I am a little confused on why a refund is being requested. Can you please let me know? Thanks so very much, Amy Hess

Good, thorough service.
Description of Work: Warweg & Company was hired to open and close our irrigation system each year. This spring, during a routine opening, they determined that our rain sensor was not working properly. Our system was installed by another company that has since gone 100% commercial. We are very happy with the service we are receiving from Warweg & Company.
