Description of Work: We had them come out to give an estimate for a bathroom remodel in our upstairs master bath. We got 3 estimates. SA Sullivan understood our budget and was willing to work with us. Shawn (owner) came out several times to assess other issues and provide estimates for other work. Although we didn't end up doing the additional work, it was really helpful to know the potential costs for down the road. All the SA Sullivan staff were very professional and helpful. Mike was our project manager, and he was on site regularly to supervise the activity. Demo was contained and cleaned up at the end of the day. The work took longer than expected due to the winter snow and cold. There were a couple of quality control issues that we noted, but they were remedied without any complaint or argument. The project stuck pretty close to our budget. The project consisted of: removal of a jetted tub, building a walk-in closet, demo of a corner shower unit, building a walk-in shower. Related activities were the removal of a plumbing access panel in the kitchen ceiling and repair of ceiling, installation of insulation behind shower wall and knee walls in master bath. Overall, we were really pleased with the work that SA Sullivan did. The owner, project manager, and construction personnel were professional, courteous, and attentive.

+ 0 moreThe work went very well. The roof was replaced in the span of a couple of days. The interior was repaired, once scheduled, over a total time of one week. The quality of the work was great as was the responsiveness of the contact people. The only thing I was disappointed in was with the interior repair. The painters were supposed to cover all the furniture and some weeks after the job was finished, I found some paint drops on the walls and furniture. It wasn't a big deal to clean up, but it would have been nice if they had covered everything up.
Description of Work: SA Sullivan Builders repaired the roof and ceiling due to storm damage. They replaced the roof and applied stainblocker/painted the ceiling to repair damage caused by a leak.
