I was pleasantly surprised at the overall professionalism and promptness of the crew . 11 windows were installed in our 40 year old log cabin, in just over 4 hours. The crew worked non-stop with no drama and problems encountered were taken care of in short order. The next 2 days the porch was screened in, sag corrected, and a dog door installed for Charlie, our poodle. I'm a happy guy!! I would use them again with no hesitation.

Very well. They were responsive to changes in what we wanted and additional small jobs that we needed to complete the kitchen. We trusted them to work in the house without our presence and they left everything cleaned up.

The installation was very quick and clean. They showed up with a crew of 4 or 5 people. Everyone was very courteous. We had one window that just needed the panes replaced, but the frame was good. They replaced the panes quickly and made the window as good as new. The rest of the windows were full replacements. They moved from window to window, minimizing the amount of time that any window was out (it was very cold that day). They provided trim for all of the windows on the outside and inside. The result is very impressive. I am very happy with the result. The price was more than fair as well. They were half the price of some other quotes I received.

For years, we have put up with a wet patio every time it rained, so we couldn't sit outside or grill during a rain or snow. I was familiar with Josh Hartwell's work he had done for our neighbors. I contacted him to get some suggestions as to how to approach a job like I was considering. His design was great and accomplished exactly what I wanted. There are commercial under deck roofing systems on the market, however, Mr. Hartwell designed his own which saved me a good sum of money. He came out several times after heavy rains and storms to make sure there were no leaks. He promptly took care of a couple of issues on his own. We can now totally enjoy our patio during the rain and also do lots of grilling and not worry about getting wet. I would highly recommend Outer Limits Construction and would rely on Josh Hartwell's expertise to do most any construction or remodeling job in the future.

They showed up on time and immediately began working. They worked hard all day -- but managed to be personable and responsive to questions. They did the extra little things -- like a bit of wood putty here, and a little extra caulk there -- that make a superior job. When I thought there might be a problem with the windows, it was resolved with lightening speed. (Turned out I didn't order what I thought I did -- because what I wanted wasn't available. Just my misunderstanding.) They were neat, and cleaned up every scrap of wood, wrapper, debris - everything. Of particular note: because we have woodwork that has never been painted, we were anxious to have windows that matched it. When the Pella stains didn't quite fit, Outer Limits custom-stained our windows -- and they did a beautiful job of matching our existing color.

We were in need of a privacy fence asap. The job was contracted through Lowes, a few days later I was contacted by Dave Bennett. He was both professional and courteous. They were on the work site exactly on the date scheduled and worked tirelessly to install my fence. I am absolutely pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone. They meticulously installed my fence and I am very satisfied.

This job was to remove and replace 15 windows and 2 doors. The cost does include the purchase of these items. This job included the (removal of one door and installation of another door - removed from an existing area). The contractor's clean-up was excellent and all employees were very courteous and professional.

This was my first time ever buying a window, let alone replacing all 8 in my house. Dave really took the time to educate me about my purchase as well as to make me aware of the rebates available to me. He and his guys showed up on time and did the work effortlessly and without any problems. My windows look great and I love them! I absolutely made the right choice and I have Dave to thank for that. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for anything when it comes to my house. He's extremely knowledgeable and really knows it all. Thanks Dave!

I had purchased a French door from Lowe's, who then contacted the company to install it. A contractor came to the house to measure and determine if any additional cost would be involved. There was a bit of a delay in a return call to set up the appointment for installation, but once the appointment was made they were very prompt and professional in doing the work. All went well, and I was very pleased with the installation. There was no additional cost involved.

Dave Bennett is a wonderful man to work with! He?s on time and to the point. He gives the best advice, the most customer friendly advice. If you want to do something that won?t work for the space, or doesn?t look right aesthetically, he?ll tell you in a very nice way, but also give you a solution that will work. He doesn?t choose the most expensive option either. It?s great to have someone on speed dial who can handle any problem that may come up. You won?t be sorry that you called Dave, it?s the best call you can make!
