After a weather delay, it went well. They completed on time and within estimated costs.

They guy was excellent, he did exactly what he said he'd do and he was very reasonable. He is the person I'll call again if I need some kind of work like that done. He has fixed it and it looks like it's fixed pretty good. It was outstanding.

Owner estimate was timely services were performed on time very nice work and total was as estimated.

We had sever people come out to look at the problem, but they never fixed it. I found this provider and I have had them come out three times for the same problem. They fixed it the first time by doing outside work, but they did not fully fix the problem. The second time he put a storm door on. He put strips on the bottom of the door and finally fixed the problem. He is so sweet and patient and stays with the problem until he fixes it..

We purchased a smaller house than desired however it did have the acreage we wanted. So...., we decided to build since this was our retirement home. Moore Construction (I have used several times over the years) provided the estimate and we agreed upon price. The remodeling consisted of a new roof, new windows, doors,??and siding on the original structure. Both bathrooms were also remodeled with new cabinets, vinyl?and showers.? Many other smaller changes were made such as?closet?shelves and new?ceiling tiles in the downstairs apartment.?New construction included a large sun room, and converting existing garage into a bathroom, pantry and laundry room.?To this, we added two additional rooms and a garage.?Also, a side deck. We had several growing pains with a project this large however it all worked out to a beautiful and functional home.?Would I recommend Moore Construction - Absolutely!

Our roof was leaking along with every window in our sunroom, we had extensive water damage and were not sure what to do except that we needed to replace the roof. Jeff from moore construction came out and told us what he believed the problem was and some different things we could do. I had a lot of ideas going through my head and had no idea what they cost. Jeff was very patient and made me aware of the different options, the different quality of products, and there prices. He gave me an estimate for everything from top to bottom and changed it several times to fit my needs and my budget. All the work that moore construction did was of high quality, anytime I had questions about what they did or why they did something they were more then willing to walk me through everything. I wanted to vault the ceiling in my sunroom and jeff came out of his way to show me what I needed to do without trying to get more money out of me. During construction one of the workers broke our dining room window and they replaced it with a brand new window no questions asked. If I ever have any work done on my house again I will certainly use moore construction again and I recommend anyone else to do the same.

I began using Moore Construction Services about 12 years ago for my garage roof and the flat roof over my upstairs front porch based on the recommendation of a co-worker. I got three estimates (one was way too low so I knew the job would not be good - you get what you pay for!). Moore's & the third company were only $50 apart but I decided on Moore's becuase of the way their representative was into restoration instead of demolition. I was very pleased with their work and their workmen so the following spring, they re-roofed my entire house. This is a very honest company - when they found that there was "wood shake" under only part of the roof, they came down on the price - there aren't many companies who would even bother to tell the homeowner that they didn't have to do as much work as they originally thought. So two years ago, I asked them to replace/repair my crumbling concrete steps, both in the front of the house and in the rear plus replace the wooden stairway at the rear of the house. I felt their cost estimates, while high, were acceptible and in-line with other companies. This year, even though I did not win the lottery, I knew it was time to either replace or repair the garage - I had made as many repairs as I could myself. Gorilla glue held the entry door on for about two years but it was a struggle. I knew I would hire Moore's again - no other estimates were needed because I knew they would give me a fair price and do excellent work. The cost of repairing and renovating the garage was much cheaper than building a new garage and dealing with variance issues (zoning has changed a bit since the garage was originally built!). I love dealing with family owned businesses - they take a personal interest and pride in their work. I was not disappointed - the garage looks brand new! The only part left to complete is installation of new shutters on the garage windows which will be done as soon as the shutters arrive. I would never deal with any other company for my construction needs.

In April 2013, I called Moore Construction Services for an estimate to repair a roof leak on my 2-story home. We scheduled the appointment for the following week. Jeff arrived on-time and we discussed the repair. I told him we have an active roof leak that had already caused minor damage inside the home. I also told him that we've found shingles on the driveway that had been occassionally blowing off the roof during high winds and this had been going on since February. First, he went up to the 2nd story roof to do an inspection. He found the leak and told us the shingles on the right front valley were put down incorrectly and there was a large area where the shingles were loose. While he was up there, I asked him to do a whole roof inspection - which he did. He advised the rest of the roof looked fine and he found no other loose or damaged shingles. After inspecting and estimating the roof repair, we went inside to look at the two bedroom closets where water had come in as a result of the leak. Then, at my request, he went up into the attic to inspect the roof decking. He told us there didn't appear to be any rotten wood, and no obvious signs of mold that he could see. Then we went back into the bedroom closets and he gave us some tips about how to repair the minor damage that had occurred to the walls and ceilings. He also showed us how to pull back the carpets to dry out the subfloors and then how to put the carpets back down. Jeff also used a gadget that was some sort of humidity meter, I think. He was able to measure how much humidity we were getting in the closets and advised us to keep the closet doors open whenever possible to keep the air circulating in there. He said it would help dry them out. We followed all of Jeff's advice and it has worked wonderfully for us! We were expecting rain later that day so, before he left, Jeff grabbed a few leftover shingles I had from when the roof was completely replaced in 2011 (by another company which is now out of business) and he went back up to the 2nd story roof where the leak was. He patched and sealed the leak for us so that no more rain would come inside the house and so we could begin drying out/repairing the closets. Jeff spent approximately 90 minutes with us and we sincerely appreciated his time and willingness to give us tips and advice, and for patching the roof to hold us over until we could have it permanently repaired. I offered to pay him something for the patch job and for his time, but he refused and said he just wanted to help us out. He also said they would provide a 2-year warranty on the labor. That's EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! Being an inexperienced homeowner, I wanted to obtain a couple more estimates for the repair - which I did. None of the other estimators were as thorough, kind, or as customer-focused as Jeff at Moore Construction Services. And, the quote I received from Moore Construction was fair in comparison to the other estimates I had obtained. I hired Moore Construction Services to do the repair in May 2013. Scott did the work. He called approx 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was en route. I told him no one was home, but to go ahead and do the work. When I arrived home that evening, the roof looked great and there was no debris left in the yard or driveway! Now, it's a month later, and the roof repair still looks great and we have had no problems with it whatsoever! I cannot say enough about how much we liked Moore Construction Services. They are genuinely dedicated to providing exceptional service and I will definitely use them in the future.

Jeff Lewis represents Moore Construction with a great attitude and professional approach. He is a good listener and was able to understand what I wanted with this project. Joe and his crew did most of the work. He pays attention to details and if something does not seem right to him he will make changes or make suggestions about what should be done to fix the problem. The fiber cement siding looks great. I am please the way everything turned out.

The total job was done very well. They were very thorough and went the extra distance to see that we were happy and satisfied with their work. Their employees were courteous and friendly, and we enjoyed having them in our home. I have- and I would again- recommend them to others. In fact this job was divided into two parts with a month separating them. The bath remodel was started 3-11-13 and finished 4-2-13. The entry door installation and re-roofing didn't begin until 5-6-13 and finished 5-8-13. Again, both jobs were done very well.

The time it took Moore Construction Services to contact us after we called them for a quote was exceptional. We had haul damage and he had said he couldn't say for sure if it was all damage from the hail and he wasn't going to be the one to fight the insurance company about it. I ended up getting other quotes and he was the only one who said that. He wasn't very customer friendly. He was not willing to stick up for his clients in any disputes with the insurance company. He's on the insurance company's side, I guess. He's not willing to alienate the insurance companies. But the insurance company wasn't giving me a hard time whatsoever. There wasn't any dispute with the insurance company, but if there was a dispute, he wouldn't be taking my side.

Responded quickly to request for quote. Scheduling the work after acceptance was delayed for couple of weeks. Work results were very good - no leaks.

I worked with Jeff who was very competent and cooperative. He listened to what I needed to have done and offered suggestions on improvements along with giving me other ideas for what I needed done. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with them. He was very quick to get back with me when I sent him an email or had to leave a voicemail. The crew showed up, removed and replaced the old windows, removed the old LP siding, installed the new siding, painted and caulked all of the joints. They did a good job of keeping the area picked up after they had finished for the day and cleaned up after the job was done.

They did a good job. They did it in record time. They were reliable.

Moore did an excellent job from start to finish. The estimate was spot on; the final bill did not increase one penny beyond the estimate. The work was completed very quickly. Fascia and soffit board replacement was excellent; they did not cut any corners in their work. The finished product was just as we discussed prior to the work beginning. Clean-up was thorough.

Excellent response and job completed on time. Area was cleaned up before they left.

They were able to come on short notice and was able to return to be there when the adjuster showed up. They did a good job and did a great cleanup after the job. Had a small issue with the roof and they send a repairman out quickly to address it. Very happy with their work.

They were pleasant and prompt.

When I had that work done we had hail damage and we called 3 people to come out; even though another company promised to come out and they never came, but Moore seemed interested in the work.
