Description of Work: Roof replacement and some carpentry work

Description of Work: They stripped off the old roof and replaced it with a new one. They cleaned off all the old shingles (including the nails!). They were sensitive to the trees and plants near the house doing a fairly good job protecting them as roof materials came off the roof. In addition they caulked all my windows (16) and replaced the attic fan in the roof. I had a larger roof so an additional 1100 squares were needed. Since my roof was fairly steep I also had to pay an additional cost for the workers to have safety steps on the roof to work.

Description of Work: I just didn't feel it was a deal. After final quote it wasn't a 42% savings.

Description of Work: Two separate projects: |1: Roof leak. Fit us in as quickly as possible and fixed the flashing and some damaged area around our chimney. NO More leaks! |2: After roof work, was very happy with their service so we had them quote painting the house. Best quote around, and they did a good job and they did it very quickly, and cleaned up everything after each day of work. Neighbors have complemented us on our new paint as well.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced front section of garage roof and siding 2nd floor over garage. Only problem was no notification or schedule date just showed up. After the first time I was called and notified when coming back.

Description of Work: Jerry Moore responded promptly on my request for an estimate on remodel work to be done on our sun room. He came out and we talked for over an hour getting to know each other and discussing the potential work project. He left and told me he was going out of town and would get back with me towards the end of the following week. The following week came and went with no response from Jerry Moore. I finally contacted his office on 2/26/14, twice left a message with Amanda and still I did not get any response. He basically wasted two weeks of my time. How Jerry Moore can stay in business when he ignores his potential clients I really don't know. I would caution anyone dealing with him in the future that for any reason he determines he will ignore you.

Description of Work: In October 2012 Jeff Lewis came to quote a roof leak repair. His inspection and knowledge of where the water was getting into the house was the most accurate of all the major restoration services. This issue has been a problem for 3 years and no one to date has offered a correct solution. Jeff's inspection clearly identified that the only way to correct the leak was to pull the vinyl siding from the tall chimney chase, wrap the wood frame with ice shield and reinstall the siding. Fortunately the wood frame was not rotted and did not need replacement. In addition the step flashing and shingles around the chimney were redone properly. The price quoted was reasonable compared to the other numerous major companies and the addition of a 2 year labor guarantee. Once the service authorization was received the work was done in a month pending other jobs and weather. Jeff kept us advised of his schedule and confirmed several times the actual days and time his crew would arrive. Jeff came on the first work day to review the project with his crew and homeowner. His crew did an excellent job. They were polite, meticulous and knowledgeable. Even the office staff was courteous throughout the process. The work was done in 2 days. Jeff came back the day after completion to answer several questions and reinspect the project. Everything was done to customer satisfaction from start to finish. Moore Construction Services certainly deserves a Super Service Award.

Description of Work: I was so pleased with the work the Moore Construction Services did, that I had more work done. I had the patio enclosed on two sides. I highly recommend this company. Jeff understands what I want, offers suggestions and gives me quotes on 2 ways to get the job done. Joe and the gang then build what I want. They take pride in their work, and it shows.

Description of Work: I had bad area on the exterior of the house. I had some rotting wood on the corner of the porch and they replaced.

Description of Work: Put a wonderful new roof and gutter on my house after hail damage. Also replaced aluminum siding with vinyl. They are always responsive to any problems and have cleaned my gutters a number of times since then. I would trust them with anything.

Description of Work: They did miscellaneous exterior repair on our house. They redirected downspouts, re-hung a gutter, removed 6 fiberglas window awnings, scraped and painted the basement, and repaired a section of the soffitt.

Description of Work: REPLACED SHINGLE ROOF.
