+ -1 moreIt was fine. The reason I picked them was because they are on Angie's List and I checked online and almost everybody else either had really weird hours or they didn't say that they did repair work and it was all software stuff. They did the job and I was pleased with the work. If I couldn't find a place closer, I would use them again.
Description of Work: Epic Computer Service repaired a laptop for me. They fixed the charge thing on the computer. They replaced a part.

+ -1 moreThey repaired the computer a couple of times and retrieved things from our dying hard drive and that sort of thing. The experience was good. I think they do not gouge or do things that don?t need to be done. They can be a little slow, but usually people that are good are busy. When they say that something is done, it is done. They explain things clearly. They are prompt and not expensive; we paid anything between $40 and $80 depending on what was done. They seem like a good place, and we have been very pleased with the service that we have had. They were recommended to us by a neighbor, and in turn, I have recommended them to others. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
