Craig came out very quickly to take measurements and discuss different designs and pricing for the fence. He was extremely professional and let his product and pictures of his work to sell us his work. He did not use any pressure tactics which we really appreciate!. He advised us that it will take approximately two months before he could get started because he was very back logged. I was contacted approximately 1 week before the start date to confirm that they will be out. The gentleman took down the old fence, removed a lot of overgrowth and cot the entire fence installed in one day!! except for putting in the actual gates and doing trim work. They were really incredible how fast they worked in this 85 to 95 degree heat!! They accidently put in two post holes through my underground downspout but were very upset about the accident. When Craig came back out the next day to finish the job he gave me a small credit to cover replacement materials and dug a new trench so I could replace the plastic pipe. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and speed with the entire job.

Was prompt in responding for my request for quote; described in detail how he proposed to perform the work, listened to my questions and answered them to my satisfaction, and scheduled the job at the time of the quote. The installers arrived at the stated time, introduced themselves and set about to install the fence. They asked me to check their work as they progressed, were efficient and professional. The finished product is exactly as promised, and i could not be more pleased with the entire operation.

I have wooden privacy fence where a post between two of the privacy panels was leaning very badly. Because of the age of the fence, I thought the fence posted had rotted causing the outward lean. I wanted to get more than one estimate, but after contacting this company three times, they never came out to give me an estimate. This was very unprofessional and a very bad business. NEVER USE THIS POOR COMPANY. You would be taking a risk getting the work done if you selected them.

The crew was there promptly on the scheduled installation date. Were all friendly and helpful when asked questions. Even went above and beyond in working around a couple of trees, and removing some other old scrap fencing planks that were not part of the fence being replaced. We could not be happier with the results, and neighbors all comment on the beautiful work done. Highly recommend this company!

Bill and his crew were OUTSTANDING. They were not the cheapest quote we received for our rather large project, but Bill came out and gave us the most honest quote. He spent a great deal of time with me walking the yard, discussing our options and was very thorough. After receiving our deposit, we had a few weeks to wait, but it was very worth it. The crew came out and it took a little over three and a half days to do the entire fence. The crew took their time and did every piece with care. They were respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and timely. I would recommend them to ANYONE. Our initial quote was just under $12,000, but because I added a garden fence to the project it ended up more. I am now the envy of my neighbors and I LOVE MY FENCE!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Cedar Creek. I thought about giving the pricing a "B" grade since the cost was a bit on the higher end, but the truth is that this isn't a bad thing. You get what you pay for and what I received was a fantastic new fence. The red cedar isn't balsa wood in disguise. A neighbor chose a slightly cheaper route and the quality difference is instantly noticeable. Cedar Creek has stellar reviews on this site for a reason. Though they were backed-up for two months at the time of our agreement, I had no doubts that they'd deliver on the day they promised. They didn't let me down. The crew arrived early morning and completed the job in a single day. The builders were professional and friendly. Their experience showed. The fence meets the exact specifications that were agreed upon and it looks even better than I had anticipated. I'd hire these folks again in a heartbeat.

After contacting 3 different fence builders, Cedar Creek was the only company willing to come out to the house and do an estimate. Other companies did it through a satellite mapping program. I don't mind that, but what I had in mind and what could be done did not match up. Also, it was nice to find out that they use all cedar wood (posts and planks)! It was also nice to meet face to face with the person that was going to be doing the work. On the day of the project, they should up on time and got right to work. The concrete they used was dry that afternoon, so they were able to start and complete the project on the same day. Others wanted 2 complete days to do the same over a weeks time. For me that was not going to be possible. The fence looks fantastic!

We had them to install a perimeter fence with a gate around our yard. The gave excellent service and their work was great. They were on time and we were very happy with the end result. I would use them again.

Craig came to our house and measured and gave us a detailed written estimate. A $1000 deposit was required once we decided to go with this company. The crew showed up on the day they were supposed to put up the fence. It was very impressive that this crew was able to put up our fence in one day. It was a very large backyard. They cleaned up all left over materials. Dirt from posts placement was the only thing left, but dirt removal was not included (this was told up front.) Craig called a few days later to ensure we were happy with the service provided. It was a smooth experience and the fence looks great!

Owners are quite responsive and did a great job of answering all of my questions. Patient and knowledgable in explaining what product he sells and what kind of work he does. There were a couple of boards which cracked within the next week after installation, I called and they were out within the next few days to replace them no questions asked. Appreciate them standing behind their product. There were many options available - types of fence, haul away dirt or not, decorator tops or not, etc. Posts set in cement. Crew was amenable. I was glad I took the day off though b/c as they constructed the fence there were some questions they had (how did I want to handle a corner, what type of fence hardware, etc.). I am assuming they would have called me had I been at work, but I am a perfectionist and was glad I was there to watch the work.

STOP LOOKING AROUND ON ANGIE'S LIST! YOU NEED TO HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO YOUR FENCE NOW! From the owner, Bill, to the crew chiefs Craig and Travis, These folks are top notch. They are consistent to a person on communication, professionalism and making sure the customer is delighted. The top three attributes to describe these people - INTEGRITY, CUSTOMER FOCUSED and CRAFTSMANSHIP. We had several companies come out to give us bids well over a month ago. I can tell you you are wasting your time on the "large more well known" companies. We experienced sticker shock and in some cases little to no follow-up. Cedar Creek Fence is very good company made up of hard working yet dedicated people specializing in cedar fences. Everyone prices jobs like these by the foot. While Cedar Creek's price is very competitive, they exceeed the competition in customer service, quality and managing expectations. You can't price that out by the foot. You will be informed from the time you make the appointment for an estimate on what to expect, when things will take place and how the process will work. They will call with a scheduled target date, comfirm the date as the date approaches and make sure you've followed through with your tasks (i.e.Call Before You Dig). We even made some last minute changes due to a HOA request and they delivered flawlessly without a problem. The quality of the finished product is phenominal. Whenever you make a huge investment like this, you could walk away feeling like you didn't get your money's worth. That is not the case with Cedar Creek Fence. They even assisted with financing. The process was quick and simple. My family is now enjoying a beautiful fence and asking, " Why didn't we do this sooner?". Thank you Cedar Creek Fence! We are totally delighted!

It went perfect. They were really nice, they did good work, they didn't trample on my plants, nothing was torn up, they cleaned up after themselves, and they had good ideas. I would recommend them to others.

I had Cedar Creek out for an estimate at the end of November. They we by the far the least expensive and had the best reviews. We scheduled for the fence to go in just after Christmas. Due to all the snow and rain we got this winter, we got pushed back multiple times. They were very good about contacting us and letting know where on the schedule we sat and when we could reschedule the install. Even though there was light snow this morning, they showed up put the fence in. And even though the ground was a bit soggy in places, they were able to complete the fence in one day. They were very careful not to tear up the ground where it was soggy. They worked hard the whole day and now we have a very good looking fence and couldn't be happier with our choice in contractors.

It looks great, it's solid, and I've been feeling relieved going into another winter knowing that I won't have to worry about an old, rickety fence possibly collapsing, as I had been worrying with my previous fence. Everyone I dealt with at Cedar Creek was just great to talk to - informative, helpful, accommodating - and I felt that I'd put myself in good hands. Also, at this point in July, this was during the drought, mind you, and probably some of the worst, hottest, driest conditions they could have dealt with. I never heard a single complaint about that from any of the Cedar Creek staff or crew. They carried on with the job just as smoothly and efficiently as if it were ideal conditions. It was a great experience for me and has allowed me to happily take that one home repair worry off my list and move on to others.

Originally contacted them year before but once I realized how much installing a fence cost had to put it on hold until next year. After receiving estimates from MANY fencing companies decided to use Cedar Creek Fence Co. because Craig made such a great impression on me. He was easy to talk to and was always available and happy to discuss all of my concerns. I also felt comfortable and safe having him and any of his crew at my home. Day of install went according to plan except for the extreme heat. Feed them brats and push ups and they were very appreciative. Been a little over a year with no problems.

I put a 20% deposit down to hold the date then called the utilities line to mark any lines. They removed the fence and used string to outline where it would go. The lead guy was ill so they left at 2 p.m. Normally they finish in one day. But I'd much rather wait and have the project manager on site than have the fence up without him. They finished the next day. It's beautiful work.

This experience was great! They came out and gave a very professional, timely and reasonable estimate. This was by far the most professional company that came out to our house and they also beat everyone else in price as well. On the day of the install, they showed up on time and completed everything in a very timely manner with also being very professional and clean. The end result is a beautiful fence! Even our neighbors have told us that the fence looks great! I would definitely reccomend them to anyone looking to get a fence installed.

First, these guys responded to my request for an estimate immediately. They were the only response. The estimate was more than reasonable, so we booked it for next available. The team was prompt & courteous on the day of install. They cleaned up afterwards as promised. The work was stupendous, with great attention to detail.

Craig, of Cedar Creek, came to give me an estimate on a cold, rainy day. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and PATIENT. I was unsure of exact placement of the fence and he offered information to meet my concerns about a slope in the yard that could affect the swing of a gate and assured me that the fence would be flush to the ground all around. He gave me an estimate on the spot and it beat a competitor's estimate by $200 dollars. This was going to be a relatively small job but he came back promptly a few days later to remeasure when I decided to adjust the placement of the fence. Installation went smoothly and they didn't leave me any dirt (from post holes) to clean up. The fence looks great and my dog loves to go out without being hooked to a tie out and I love just letting her go out without me.

We were trying to match a small section of fence in the back yard to create a dog run. It required a custom fence with hand made pickets. The new fence was much better than the one we were trying to match! We were very pleased. In 2012, we needed part of the fence removed and installed in a new configuration. From estimate to install, the whole experience was a smooth and a stress-free process. We had just moved into a new home and needed a fence as soon as possible so our two dogs could roam around the yard and not access the busy road we live on. After looking around on Angie's List, we solicited a few estimates from fencing companies. Cedar Creek Fence did not have immediate availability, but we liked what the owner had to offer and scheduled a date for install. This fence was well worth the wait! It is the most beautiful fence I've ever seen. We've even had people drive by, turn around, and come up to our door to ask who did our fence and we gladly recommend Cedar Creek Fence each time.

Highly recommend this company. Craig and his team were excellent to work with. Met or exceeded every expectation that we had for our board on board cedar fence. Quality and craftsmanship were excellent and the install was exactly as expected. We were able to have our neighbor use them at the same time and the finished product is an amazing fence that will endure for years to come. I would highly recommend using this entity, even if the cost of their cost is slightly higher than another quote. Cedar is higher quality and resists water/mold and bug damage - does not warp and the board on board is higher than most of their options, but when finished, we were so glad we went that route. Also, we had (3) gates installed (one to each side and one in the back) for our convenience which added to our total cost. I found Craig to be extremely professional and efficient to deal with. He made several trips to our home and the one snafu we encountered, he worked thru with his team within hours. Service was second to none out there and they arrive when they say they will. Travis and his team on-site knew exactly what they were doing and install in 1 day was amazing. Totally transformed our property and it looks terrific from street level. Craig assisted us in working thru all the options and the finalized product certainly reflects same and was tailored to our needs. The manufacture their own panels and the workmanship was superb. We would use this company again with zero reservations. So glad we found them thru Angie's List as we had never heard of them. I have recommended them to several others and are hopeful our other neighbor uses them as well. The fence looks fantastic!

repair was done on the scheduled date. while not a major repair, the gate and it's attached section were very heavy and needed to be installed correctly and at the right height in order for the latch to close properly, which it does. I will definitely check with Cedar Creek again in for future fencing needs.
