They came out and gave us a quote and showed some pictures of their work. Although it was pricey, cedar isn't cheap. The build was about 6 weeks out which was fine with us. We had to put $800 down to hold the work date which was fine. The main reason we went with them is because of their Angie List reviews and they have one crew that does the work. Work was done in 1 day as they said it would be. We have had nothing but compliments on the fence. It will look even better after we stain it.

Representative was prompt, personable, and trustworthy during the initial visit and subsequent conversations during the estimate process. Representative was very willing to present alternative fencing options so that we could make an informed decision within our budget. The construction process was very well explained during the initial visit. We received a call the week before the installation to confirm the installation schedule and also on the day of installation about an hour prior to arrival. The installation crew was very friendly and easy to talk to and asked for input throughout the process to ensure that we would be happy with the placement and construction of the various components of the fencing. Each member of the crew worked very hard from start to finish and clearly took pride in their work. We will be hiring Cedar Creek again next spring to install privacy fencing around the remaining perimeter of the yard to completely enclose it.

I had an old wooden Cape Cod style fence running along the side of my property. Cedar Creek took out my old fence and replaced it with a brand-new one that was the same style. Everybody at the company was extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about their services. I was given a lot of information about the different ways fences are built and all of my questions were answered. They gave me a great quote for a new fence and then they got me on their schedule as soon as possible to get it built. The entire job was completed in one day and the new fence is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Cedar Creek fence company and would use them again in the future.

WOW! Came on time to evaluate our double gate, which had gotten "out of kilter" after the winter. He replaced 2 boards, reset a loose panel and pounded the corner pole, which had heaved up due to the winter weather, causing the gate problem. All at no charge. Cedar Fence has always been punctual and so helpful. I highly recommend them.

Crew called near 8:30am to alert me of estimated 9:15 arrival. A crew of 6 showed up to install my new fence. Travis and I walked the property beforehand where I asked for a small change in length on one side. It was less than 2 feet longer and he said it would not be a problem. The crew worked quickly to dig the holes and drop the posts in while Travis looked them over. Travis then measured where to cut each of the (9?) foot long posts to level the fence. Once the corner posts were filled with cement and aggregate they began to attach the side panels to the posts then they secured the posts with cement and aggregate while lining the fence up. The crew took great care to ensure the fence line was even and not a zig zag line of panels. The 8 foot wide gate is blended with the fence and can only be opened from the inside, which hides it from the front. A feature I am quite pleased with. Travis also left me a couple of the cedar boards to test stain colors. While not the least expensive, the pricing was fair and the work outstanding (so far ... it is only the day after when i write this review) I am happy I chose Cedar Creek Fence Company to do the job and would recommend them to my family, friends and strangers. Best of all, my wife is happy and that is what counts.

From day one we had a great experience. We had to go through the city permit process. Which was not an easy task because we are a corner house and our house sits at an angle to both streets. What is considered back yard? We received the permit from the city and had submitted the plans to the Neighborhood Association. Then 3 days before the fence was to be built the Association President calls and stated the fence was not approved. We had to call Bill and explain the situation and he was very understanding of our situation. Not happy about the last minute notice but very understanding. Over the weekend we contacted our lawyer and after he seen all the plans and pictures of fences in the neighborhood he gave us the OK to proceed. The fence was built in two days on original schedule and the dogs are elated to be "free".

I was very impressed with the gentleman who came out. He was very personable, professional, and friendly. He sat down with me and explained a lot things about the fence that the other contractors did not take the time to do. This helped me to get a better idea of what I actually needed and what direction I wanted to go. I would have gone with Cedar Creek except that a fencing company from my neighborhood was doing almost the exact same work for cheaper. I would still consider Cedar Creek for future projects.

They were awesome as far as the work they did. They were very reasonable. They got the work in a few days. It is a big yard. They did a really good job. It was a little expensive, but it was worth it.

A representative of the company came out and spoke with us about three weeks prior to construction. We gave them a general idea of what we wanted to build. We were quoted a price of 3250.00 of which we put down 600.00 as the deposit required by them. The rest was financed. For short term financing, this option is ok, but I would pay off the fence sooner than later as the APR is somewhat high. The crew arrived on the morning of 3/21/14 with all of the fence lattices prebuilt. They manually dug the holes with a team of three guys with post hole shovels. They then proceeded to get the posts in the ground and completed with putting up the pre-built lattices. The process took pretty much all day for them to complete. They secure the posts with cement, but it is mixed and placed into the ground and it sets up with the next rain. The fence was sturdy when they were finished and will only get better with time. They built three gates in the fence. Alignment and operation is perfect. One of the gates has a loose hook on the gate itself, but this is easy to fix myself. I don't really see it as being problematic. They completed the lions share of the work without any issues.

Bill and his crew were very professional and we're happy with their work. They are efficient and friendly.

I needs a stretch of 6' privacy fence along my back yard replaced. Although their schedule was full there was going to be a long wait, but because the job was small, they worked to squeeze me in. The quality of the work was excellent, and they worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Cedar Creek Fence Company used quality materials, did a fantastic job building the panels and were a better value over all the other quotes received. After having some challenges on recent projects involving contractors, it as refreshing to deal with such a great company.

Crew was great. Quick and efficient. Honored my request to try to dig out as much as possible some old difficult to remove bushes along the fence line that was being replaced. Had to deal with a bumble nest that was not known until deconstruction of old fence. They didn't utter a complaint although I'm sure somebody got stung. Workmanship was high quality. Materials were superior including substantial cross pieces holding the pickets. Attached cedar panels to posts in superior manner to what I had before which had been prone to being blown down by heavy winds. Moved dirt removed from post holes to other parts of my yard where I requested it be moved. I was very pleased and believe you can't go wrong with this company.

I contacted the provider for a quote on repairs to a chain link fence. His listing plainly says "chain link fencing." However, Bill called and said they don't do chain link fencing. His listing needs to be changed.

Cedar Creek Fence replaced an aging cedar privacy fence with a new 4 ft. solid cedar fence. The estimate was on target with all other companies that I talked with about the replacement. This job was completed in one day as it was scheduled for the 23rd of December and they wanted to finish before Christmas. Craig was able to customize one side to my vision of the design while other companies were unable to do so. The crew arrived on time, cleaned all debris after the tear out of the old fence and removed the dirt from the post holes. They left the yard and driveway as tidy as they found it.

An excellent company to work with. They were on time for the estimate and the installation. The work was completed professionally and on time. We will call them again when we add a fence to the other side of our property.

I wanted a fence to match the fence at the back of my yard (put up by my back neighbors) - Cedar Creek measured and the fence looks very similar. The fence looks great/they had to interrupt it around a tree on my property line and they did this beautifully with almost no gaps. They had to cut back some bushes and a small tree along the property line and this was done well (not just hacking it away).

This company does an outstanding job!!! I loved them so much that I hired them to do my grandmothers fence as well!

I had multiple companies come out and give me estimates, but ultimately decided to go with Cedar Creek after speaking with Craig. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and straight forward. Some of the other companies that came out had sort of a "used car salesman" air to them, but Craig was definitely more laid back and content with just guiding me through the process (instead of being pushy or over-selling). CCF installed a 300 foot privacy fence (ALL components are cedar (including posts and runners, set in concrete), post caps (New England style), one 3x6 walk gate, one 4x6 walk gate, and one 8x6 drive gate. They had to remove one 40 foot stretch of chain-link fence for me (which they hauled away for me), as well as a couple small trees. Some of extra dirt from digging the post holes they used to fill some dips and low points in my backyard, which was very nice. I felt the price was a bit high, but considering the work done, and in comparison to other companies (almost every other company used treated posts and/or treated runners, while CCF was 100% cedar), I felt their pricing was competitive. When you take into account their professionalism, friendliness, and work ethic, it's very easy to be satisfied with the price (also, as a side note, I felt their patience was fantastic, as they graciously had to deal with a nosy neighbor of mine). Will use them again in the future, if needed, and happily recommended them to friends and family.

This company was phenomenal and they do amazing work! Tammy was great to work with too! They squeezed me into their tight schedule. Craig met me for a quote and he was great too! Installation only took a few hours in one day! The fence looks amazing! My two dogs love it out there now! Thanks Cedar Creek!

I went about contacting A-rated firms for quotes on fence pricing. CCF was quick to respond and came out quite promptly to take a look at the property. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get in with their schedule until the end of August - well worth the wait. The project took 2 days because of the removal of the heavy wrought iron fence. The crew was polite and worked hard. Craig was always easy to get a hold of and was great to work with, especially when planning our non-traditional design. We gave them some designs that we liked and they reproduced them exactly how we wanted it. The door has a hidden latch, perfect for some extra privacy and security. Price was fair and was precisely what was quoted. I would use CCF again and would recommend them to anyone searching for a quality fence company.

Terrific from start to finish. Experienced terrific, professional service from the very first inquiry through the end of the job. The fence is beautiful. The supervisor and his crew were friendly, and went out of their way to please us. We are very pleased with the new fence.

Perfect! Bill came out and provided me with an estimate. He was very quick to respond to my follow up questions as well. The guys showed up right on time the dya the fence was installed. The head of the team outlined where the fence would go and allowed me to make adjustments prior to them getting started. They got the entire fence up in 1 day. The one thing I was not sure about was that the gates only opened from the inside and I was not expecting that. After thinking about this more I actually liked the idea since someone could not open the gate from the outside. Having an open gate that I was not aware of would not be ideal for me with 2 dogs. So the inconvenience of having to go through the house or garage to open the gate from the inside was not a big deal to me. I've already referred them to my co-worker who is looking to have a fence installed shortly as well.

Craig came to our house and examined our existing fence. He spent much time discussing our wishes and showed many examples of different fences and styles before we decided on a design. His crew later returned and removed the old fence and installed the new fence. They were very organized and completed the new fence in one day. We are very happy with our new fence and would recommend this company!
