Perfect. They installed the fence and it looks great. Only hint... pay to have the dirt removed from the posts unless you plan on moving it the day after the fence is installed. Once the dirt settles, it is a pain to remove.

Our old fence had been damaged by several fallen trees. Cedar Creek came out in January and replaced the fence. The weather was bad on the inital date it was to be installed, but the company kept in contact letting me know they would be about a week behind. The men came out, took down old fence, hauled it away, and installed the new fence. They were easy to talk to, friendly and kind. They worked very hard from 9am to 5pm. The fencing is beautiful and sturdy. They did an amazing job and used top notch product. Would definitely reccommend this company. We had several quotes and though they were not the cheapest, they were the most professional and best quality.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I met with several potential contractors, but this company stood out. I had seen examples of their work in the neighborhood, and their reputation and guarantee couldn't be beat. They did a great job! The entire process, from the initial visit with Craig to the email follow ups with the staff and the final project day went well. Craig went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and he even made a few extra visits to meet with my husband and wall him through the process and set the posts up early so we could see where everything would go. He helped provide us with everything we needed to submit our paperwork to the HOA board and get things approved quickly and was always happy and willing to assist in anyway he could. Customer service and professionalism is definitely top notch with this company and I would highly r recommend them!

This is a solid operation. They came out early to quote it to accommodate my schedule and while their price was in the middle of the three quotes I received, I could tell that the person that came out to quote was really thinking it through and their price was more than fair even compared to me buying the materials and building it myself. They also included a couple of nice touches to make the fence look sharp... Little things like putting latches on the inside and post caps. Work was done a day ahead of when they initially scheduled it (they asked me if it was okay, and kept me in the loop the whole way) and looks great and feels solid. It's the envy of the neighbors.

Outstanding, service. This gate is custom-made and was done at what I thought to be a fair price. The results are lovely. Everyone involved had a great attitude, and all were also knowledgeable and professional, and willing to go the extra mile. We were/are very appreciative of all their good service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a replacement gate, and would definitely use them again in the event that we need any other sort of wood fencing or gate work.

The owner came out to provide us with an estimate and give us our options. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and great to work with. Even though there had been quite a bit of rain, his crew was able to start our job as scheduled. The crew and especially the foreman on the job were able to address any concerns my husband had and make adjustments on the spot. This was not a pre-paneled fence. They built our fence on site. Thank you for our fence. It completes our back yard!

Cedar Creek Fence company did an excellent job from my initial phone conversation to the fence installation. They are extremely professional and easy to work with. The fence was installed in 1 day (post hole digging to finishing touches) and looks great. The crew were extremely hard workers and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Crew did a great job installing fence and gates. They were very friendly and kept me posted on what they were doing. Fence is beautiful and I am so happy with the entire experience. I worked with Craig throughout the estimating and measurement process, then he had a crew 5-6 additional people to do the install. Craig was really awesome to work with in figuring out what fitted our needs. He came to our home provided us with measurements and itemized the things we needed to do on our part to prepare for the install like what utilities to contact, etc. Craig's crew came out day of the install and knocked out the entire fence before probably 2 or 3pm and my backyard is not small.

Bill came out to give us an estimate and was very helpful in helping us decide on what to do. Trevor and his crew arrived exactly on time. They worked steadily all day in the rain and did a very good job of keeping the muddy mess to a minimum, considering what the day was like. He checked with me all along the way to make sure they were doing what I wanted done. They were accommodating with a couple of changes I needed to make and all went very well.

They were great from the very beginning. We gathered about 8 quotes total. Cedar Creek did the most thorough job explaining to us our options and explaining what their process would be. They made a couple different trips and were willing to work with us around the HOA requirements. They were not the least expensive quote we got but they were very far below the highest quotes. For the same wood fence we were quoted between $5,400 and $8,000. Our property is on the larger side for a neighborhood, about .3 acre. They finished the work on time and it was a quick, but not sloppy, process. I especially love the way they do the gates. I believe it's a 6' foot fence but it's double doors. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We got the listing from Angie's List. They did an excellent job. I absolutely have no complaints on it. It has been outstanding. It's a large fence and I have a lot of area to cover. I was pleased with it. The price would be average. It's pretty much standard on my size of fence. This thing is holding up and I haven't had to replace anything in it. They were here exactly when they said they would be.

Cedar Creek really did a great job. I think these folks should offer courses to other home improvement services providers on how to do sales and service well. We got several bids on our fence, and Cedar Creek was not the lowest, but they were reasonable and the only company that took the time to really listen to what we wanted. Our yard is a standard urban rectangle, but we wanted a few jogs in the fence that might have seemed a little unexpected. Craig spent well over an hour with me in our initial visit and was a great salesman in several respects: (1) he listened to what I wanted, educated me, and presented options and gave me a rough idea on the cost differences in those options; (2) he bragged about the track record of his company, including Angie's List Reviews; (3) he delievered a bid that was reasonable and came with a drawing that exactly represented the fenceline I had described to him; and (4) made sure his company did a great job building our fence. When the fence was complete, there was one area around a tree that we were not happy with. We talked to Craig about it, and they fixed it to our satisfaction. Also, about 18 months out from the project completely, our gate started to drag slightly in the winter time. I called Craig and he came out the next day to repair it, and I never received a bill even though we were past our warranty period. Thanks, Cedar Creek Fence Co! We live in an old home and have interacted with a lot of contractors over the years, and this is truy one of the best and easiest experiences we have had in doing a home improvement project. Our fence still looks very solid after two years, and we are happy to have given our small children an enclosed backyard where they can play safely.

Our request for an estimate was immediately responded to. On the day of the estimate, they spent a substantial amount of time reviewing all the options that were available. We looked at quite a few pics in a photo album and were also given addresses of houses that had the types of fencing we were interested in. They made all the arrangements with the utility surveyors. They arrived exactly when promised and put up a beautiful cedar privacy fence. I would highly recommend Cedar Creek Fence Company.

It went really smooth. They did very good with communication. Explained everything really good. Showed up on time. Went right to work. They installed the posts first thing really fast. Then hung the fence. Very professional. No problems at all. They know what they are doing.

Scheduling was timely. Work performed timely. Everyone who came to do the work was polite, friendly, and respectful. We asked for a specific decorative post top and did not like the look after it was installed (just the aesthetics ... Not anything wrong) and they cut the tops off after installation with no additional cost. Also moved some post hole dirt to the front yard so I could fill in around exposed tree roots. This wasn't part of the quote and no extra charge. They were reasonable and easy to work with. My only complaint would be that they put the fence together in sections and then put the sections up. This seems to have caused a need for thin spacer boards to be added in each section. It would have been more streamlined he they put the fence boards up as they went. It isn't too noticeable from a distance but I do notice it and I think it could have been installed better. Overall though I am happy.

This company was a joy to work with. They came out to give an estimate and gave us lots of choices. Once we scheduled the fence installation everything went just as hoped. They arrived on time with all the materials they needed for the job. They worked very hard, including taking away the extra dirt. By the end of the day it was finished. The fence looks fantastic. This is the level of professionalism I wish I could find with all the companies that we home owners need to work with.

Craig was professional and courteous. I had originally ordered one type of fence, but the HOA did not approve the design (we have a new HOA now by the way). I called back to change the fence type, but somehow the information did not make it to the office. When the workers came to install the fence, it was the original design I had ordered. I promptly called Craig to find out what the problem was. He said that he was out of the office and the new information must not have been communicated to the office before he left for surgery. Craig took care of the problem; they removed the fence panels that they had already started installing and replaced those with new ones with the proper design. I'm sure this cost the company money in both materials and labor, but I did not have to pay for that. Nice recovery!

After talking with several fence contractors, we were most comfortable with Craig at Cedar Creek--and he had the best price. Craig was very easy to work with and he gave us several options. We settled on a three-board cedar fence with 1 double gate and 1 single gate. It turned out that this was the first three-board fence that Cedar Creek had put up, but Craig made us confident that they were up to the task. Travis and his crew arrived at the agreed-to time and removed the split rails and posts from the old fence. They dug new post holes (different spacing from the split rail), put 4"x4" cedar posts in the ground (anchored with dry concrete mix) and attached the boards. The crew was very efficient and it was clear they knew what they were doing. The gates were fashioned on site. They cleaned up the work site at the end of the day and hauled off the old fence parts. We are very pleased with the results. After the dog discovered that he could slip between the 2 lower boards, Craig and his crew came back about 3 weeks later and ran 1 strand of farm wire half-way between the top of the bottom board and the bottom of the middle board. Again, good, neat work and the wire is barely visible. A good solution, we think. Let's see what the dog thinks.

Right from the beginning, Craig from Cedar Creek was amazing. He came out very quickly to do the estimate and was super knowledgable about all things fencing. He was able to answer all of my questions and was really helpful. Once we decided to go with them they were able to work with our schedule and get us an install date that worked for us. They adapted to the changes I wanted and even called with a reminder the week before. The guys who came to do the work were very nice and professional. We had some issues come up but they were able to roll with it and make it work. The fence is beautiful and so much nicer than I could have imagined. We are so happy that we went with them. They really were able to give me exactly what I wanted and were extremely nice in the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Hands down worth every penny! They are very detailed and did not cut corners. They were awesome throughout the entire process. Complete Ceder fence, all custom work. The gate blends in so well, you cannot tell where it is. They were very fast and efficient and did everything just they way we asked. They were here they day we booked them for the job and had it completed right on time.

We are so pleased with our privacy fence. The fence is beautiful and very well built. Every detail on the fence is finished-out beautifully from the top of the posts, to the wooden strips on the seams of the fence, to the beautiful way they completed the corners......a great job, and a very good value.
