New fence looks really nice. Meeting up with the existing fence was a little dicey at first, but the installers visually fixed the problem by adjusting the existing fence posts.

They were very nice. They came back to correct problems immediately. Very careful with our landscaping.

Bill is a great guy to work with, very responsive and technically skilled. When the work was done he asked that I look at it first before him sending the invoice. He also came out himself on a Saturday, brought a new, suitable gate lock, reset some of the pickets to improve the looks around the gate and allow it to close tighter, left some extra pickets for just in case. Importantly though, clarify ahead of time what you specifically want and ask exactly how the fence will look. Our fault, we did not do so! 1)Cedar Creek custom builds fences...but they pre-built 8' panels in their workshop. Consequently they fit partial pickets (1-3'' wide) into the panel to cover the preset 8' length. 2) They build their fences following the ground, the top line is not kept straight when the ground is sloped. Consequently our new fence does not match the existing one, I don't like the looks and will need to redo it comes spring.

I couldn't be happier with the work performed. Bill came out and measured everything and gave me a price quote right then along with the next available date. I took the date which was several weeks out and guess what, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Part of this job entailed building a gate over the drive way. I showed him what my neighbor had and Bill had a guy build one like it but better. During the construction of the fence on the other neighbors side, who is very old and doesn't speak much english, she became very upset. Bill's guys were very patient and kind with her while we worked out an agreement. Bill himself came back out the next day to install the gates in the front after the posts had a chance to set up. He worked for several hours in pouring down rain to get it done. His saw was even shocking him and he didn't quit! It's very rare to find someone like Bill Neville and Cedar Creek Fence in this day and age. I wish I needed more fence!

Excellent! They were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The fence was installed on the scheduled date and is beautiful. Their price was competitive. They helped me to save money by going through options on tear down of our old fence. I highly recommend them. I am enjoying our fenced backyard daily.

THEY WORKED CONTINUOUSLY IN BAD WEATHER, AND WERE METICULOUS ABOUT EACH ASPECT OF THEIR WORK. THEY WERE ALL POLITE, AND EVEN LET US TAKE SOME VIDEO OF SEVERAL MAJOR PARTS OF THE WORK TO SHOW MY FATHER. THE FENCE IS VERY ATTRACTIVE, AND SOLID, AND NEIGHBORS SAY THAT IT ENHANCES OUR YARD. GOOD WORK AND COMMUNICATION; HAVE HAD COMPLIMENTS FROM NEIGHBORS ON THE FENCE INSTALLED.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. VERY POLITE AND NOT PUSHY. WHEN THEY CAME OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE THEY PROVIDED SAMPLES OF THE MATERIALS USED, DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS FOR THEIR MATERIAL AND WORK, AND ALSO PICTURES (AN ENTIRE ALBUM) OF PREVIOUS WORK DONE IN OUR AREA. THEY USE QUALITY MATERIALS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THE PROJECT ONLY TOOK 6-7 HOURS.

WE RECENTLY MOVED TO A NEW HOME, AND HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH MANY SERVICE PEOPLE, WHO PREPARED OUR NEW HOME FOR MOVE-IN, AND SOME REPAIRING AND FIXING OF OUR 'OLD' HOME TO SELL. THE EMPLOYEES/OWNERS OF CEDAR CREEK FENCE CO. WERE ABSOLUTELY THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND RESPONSIVE PEOPLE OF ALL. I APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, AND RETURNED MY CALLS PROMPTLY, ETC... I CHANGED THE LAYOUT OF THE FENCE, ON THE DAY THEY ARRIVED TO INSTALL IT, THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PATIENT. THEY, ACTUALLY, NEEDED MORE BOARDS TO FINISH THE JOB, BECAUSE OF THE CHANGES THAT I MADE. THEY COMPLETED ALL THAT WAS POSSIBLE, WITH THE SUPPLIES THAT THEY BROUGHT TO THE JOB. THEY ARRIVED EARLY THE NEXT MORNING TO FINISH THE JOB, EVEN THOUGH MY FENCE WASN'T ON THEIR SCHEDULE AS A 2 DAY JOB. I APPRECIATED THEIR RESPONSIVENESS, BECAUSE WE HAD 2 LARGE DOGS BOARDING AT A KENNEL. THEY COULDN'T COME HOME, UNTIL THE FENCE WAS COMPLETE. CEDAR CREEK FENCE CO. CAME THROUGH!
