These guys were great to work with! They answered all of my questions, were timely, offered to help with my CC&R paperwork and were very pleasant. Cedar Creek installed a cedar shadow box fence and it looks wonderful.They placed chicken wire at the base of the fence because I have a dog that digs a lot-- I really appreciate that they were willing to do that for me! Overall, these guys are professional, helpful and have great crafstmanship. Their prices weren't the cheapest, but they were still competitive. I'm very happy I went with Cedar Creek! A word to the wise-- if you plan to stain your fence, invest in a power painter/sprayer. Even a cheap one ($69 at Lowe's) will use stain much more efficiently and pay for itself in one use. It will also save you a lot of time!

They did a good job. We were satisfied with their work. They did get into our septic, but the owner did apologize and we couldn't remember exactly where it was so we feel partially at fault. Once the septic was fixed, the owner came out and finished it and made some minor adjustments. Also told us that if we need him for anything else to let him know.

It is gorgeous! I love every part of it. From start to finish every part of the experience was amazing, and it was definitely worth the wait. There was no pressure at the consultation, they followed up with me and were able to answer any and all of questions. Once we agreed on price and everything, everyone was professional when they came out. They did a great job too. I love it, I have the privacy I needed. Thank you. I would recommend them to everyone.

We opted to use Cedar Creek Fence after receiving excellent customer service and follow up after asking for a quote. I contacted 3-4 fence companies that received A ratings on Angie's List and Cedar Creek responded to my email request within hours. I never heard back from Duke regarding my quote request via email and K&K took several weeks to respond. Bill and his staff were quick to respond and came out to our house within a day or two of requesting a final estimate. They held true to their install date and accomodated our schedule. We went with a 3-4 foot cedar fence with a scalloped top and custom post toppers. The fence looks amazing and is VERY sturdy. We also had a gate installed and the gate is flawless. The only downside was that after finalizing the estimate, the install date was still 3-4 weeks away because of how much business they do. It was well worth the wait, the fence is perfect and our dogs are ecstatic to have a yard to play in!

Bill, the owner was very polite, friendly, and informational. He gave us an estimate within a few days of our call. He educated us about fencing options and shared the name of a company that did the galvanized fencing that we needed. We appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. He is definitely one of the top on our list. I chose him initially because of his excellent reviews and responsiveness to comments on Angie's List. He deserves all of the good responses.

I got a prompt response for an estimate with details about how they would approach the problems. They asked for a 20% deposit when I accepted the estimate, were able to schedule such a small job within 3 weeks. Bill, the owner, came with a worker on Friday morning and they did it with speed, cleaned up afterwards. He uses a process which requires only one visit because of the way the cement works and is apparently used everywhere in Chicago, which is where he came from to establish the business. Nice to only need one visit.

Job was done in one day, on the scheduled day. Craig Piper participated in and supervised work. He met with us twice before the job. Excellent demeanor! The second meeting included our neighbors. Neighbors retained contractor to do work. The entire contracted-for cleanup was done, and Craig did a walk-around with my wife and me to explain the work and the warranties. Crew was courteous and obviously skilled. We're happy!

If HOA approval and city permits are required get started early. Know the regulations of your subdivision and city before your start. Get a survey done if you don't know the exact dimensions ion of the lot and make sure you follow all codes and restrictions. This can avoid a lot of trouble in the future. Seek recommendations and by all means refer to Angie's list for references.

What was supposed to be a 2 day job was done so expeditiously that it was done in 10 hours flat! Old fence panels were readily removed and loaded on contractor truck for disposal. New panels, heretofore fabricated were installed readily with finish carpentry at each post performed on site to give a uniform appearance. Minimal landscape planting damage occurred though some is unavoidable. The crew was courteous, careful, efficient, well supervised by the company owner and his brother. The job was executed exactly as agreed upon with no hassles whatsoever. If you want a contractor who is true to his word, does what he says he will do and with no hassles, Cedar Creek Fence Co should be your choice! You get your money's worth!

Bill was very responsive to come out and provide us with an estimate to replace our existing fence. We wanted a taller fence and an additional gate on the oppposite side of the house. The website had lots of great samples of their work and we had also seen some in the neighborghood. We decided on a style we liked and based on other estimates we had received felt he gave us a fair price. The job took a day and a half. They arrived promptly at the time they said they would. It went very smoothly and they answered any questions we had throughout the day. We are very pleased with our new fence and have received lots of compliments from our neighbors.

The fence speaks for itself. I was very nervous about making this change to my landscaping but not I have a gorgeous, well-built fence and most importantly a very happy doggy.

Craig came out to give us our estimate and we immediately felt comfortable with Cedar Creek Fence Co. doing the work. He was very professional and was confident in knowing his business well. They gave us a great discount for being member's of Angie's List. Their estimate was over $1000 less then another fence company for a better fence! It was a no brainer. We put down a deposit a few days after we met with Craig to keep the next available date. It took about a month until our fence could be installed. The crew that showed up was on time, professional, friendly, and stayed on task and installed our awesome new fence in about six hours or so. I was impressed how easy they made it look. We couldn't be happier with our fence.

I called Cedar Creek Fence after noticing that every nice looking fence in the neighborhood next to mine came from them. Angie's List seemed to support my thought that they would be worth calling. I decided to save them for the final of three initial estimates. From the beginning, Craig was unbelievably helpful. I had several questions, which he answered completely and honestly before we even went outside to look at the yard. While we plotted the area for the fence, he made suggestions that would save me money, but also offered services for my convenience. He also suggested a fence line that maximized my usable space. After he was sure of what I wanted, he gave me a realistic estimate that he assured me would be accurate. The estimate was only slightly higher than two other estimates I received for lower quality materials. For a full cedar fence, it was a no brainer. The workers contacted the utility companies for me and called to remind me when they were coming. After the job was done, Craig came to have me inspect the fence. The crew was very thorough. It is obvious these guys take great pride in their work.

The experience with Craig and Bill was excellent; one of the best experiences I've had with a provider. Craig worked with my schedule, and promptly came to the house for the estimate. He was friendly and professional, and provided the most competitive quote of the three I obtained. He met me two days before the job was to be started to confirm what I wanted, and was flexible about a change I wanted to make. His crew showed up on time, and completed the job in a morning. Neighbors commented on their efficiency, professionalism, and the beauty of the fence. One of my pets managed to find a small rise in the fence and wiggled his way through it. I called Bill and Craig on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, and received a return call at 8:15 Monday morning. They arrived that afternoon to lower the fence where the dog escaped. Great company! It went well. Craig came out to do an estimate. He was very personable and helpful with suggestions on design. We set up a date for installation but it had to be postponed a couple of times due to heavy rains. Between the estimate and the installation, I had a change of heart on the fence design/type. Craig came out a second time to discuss other options. He offered his opinion on different designs, without trying to sway me toward a more expensive option. In fact, we ended up with a design that cost less and he revised his estimate. He helped me customize the look I wanted, using their standard materials. When I saw the material that was delivered, I was concerned that it wasn't going to have the look that we had discussed. I called Craig, and he was understanding and kindly asked me to wait until it was installed and see if I liked it any better. I did and he was right. The installation went smoothly and the guys were even able to do a little tweaking of the fence location without additional cost. I also asked if they could use some scrap material between a neighbor's fence and my shed to keep my dog out of that space, and they did so at no additional cost. Overall, I am very pleased with my fence and have received many compliments on it!

This may be somewhat of an odd review, but I still wanted to give Craig some praise. We actually did not go with Craig for fencing. That's because after checking out a couple local fence providers, we went with no one. We were not under the impression that fencing is such an expensive project. Still, Craig was incredibly professional and he was in touch with us right away. I can't say that about the other companies from whom I requested quotes. We're going to save up some money and hopefully use Craig in the future!

Wow. We just moved into a new house and needed a fence to contain 3 dogs. We asked for quotes from 3 of Angie's list A-rated fence companies. Cedar Creek was first to respond. In their quote, they provide suggestions, comments and details regarding the fence design and installation. The other 2 companies replied back with a simple "Here's your quote". We felt comfortable with Cedar Creek and worked with Craig Piper on the final design. Because of their A-rating on Angie's list, they were about a month out for installation, however, it was worth the wait. Standard features in their fence design were extra cost options in the other quotes. The fence is beautiful and well constructed. We're extremely pleased with the work. Everything they promised, they delivered.

I contacted three providers from Angie's list to give me advice and an estimate on replacing my split rail fencing on my 1/4 acre home lot. One of the providers summarily dismissed my email request, saying I had to call their office. The person answering the telephone didn't understand my request and said "they don't do repairs on any fence they hadn't installed" and basically hung up on me. The other two made appointments via email as I had preferred. When Craig came out from Cedar Creek, he was pleasant and professional. He listened to my ideas regarding the fence and offered suggestions. I needed assistance because I had been pretty sure I wanted to change my style of fence but didn't know what my options were. He quoted me a replacement on the split rail as well as a "picket" style fence. The third fence provider was a large company and the estimator was efficient and professional, however, more matter of fact and offered less suggestions. He measured the space, wrote out my quote and that was it.I hired Craig from Cedar Creek based on his apparent knowledge of fencing, his excellent recommendations on Angie's List, and that his price was extremely competitive against the larger fence company. I had to call him and add to the fencing amount....I had contacted my neighbors and decided to add that leg to the new fence estimate. He made another trip to my home to assure himself (and me) that we were on the same page regarding the new addition to the estimate. I thought this to be a prudent and professional thing (although more work for him) to do.The company arrived on time, and worked efficiently. They were very careful with the planting areas my neighbors had, to assure no damage. Craig treated my yard as if it was his own! He called and asked me about a few additional things they could do, using the excess dirt to fill in holes my dog had dug in the yard and to bring up a low place where the fence was going to go. This helped his people not to have to haul away the dirt, but more importantly to me, it showed a real interest in the overall beauty of the project and my satisfaction. I should add that the company did not charge me any additional money for doing this. When I got home the day the fence was to be finished, it was completed, the area cleaned up and it looked simply beautiful. I believe I have increased the value of my home by having Cedar Creek do this fence for me, and I have been extremely happy and pleased with every aspect of this project. I recommend you used them for your next project and I will certainly do the same!

Called to arrange appointment. They came out and quoted us. By far and the way the best quality fencing and craftmanship. Gave us a discount. Top choice for cedar fencing. Came and installed fence right on time. Worked hard all day and left no mess behind. Was a very pleasant company to work with. Love our fence. Great price, great job! Would recommend to anyone wanting a quality fence and good workmanship.

They gave me my estimate and it was very competitive. They gave me a discount too. They were honest with us about everything. It was raining a lot in April so they let us know they would do it in two parts to make sure the wet ground did not affect the posts they were setting. The fence looks great and it was a very positive experience.

He gave a very professional estimate, explained my options very well, and had good pictures to show me what was available. He gave me the best available date for installation, and even called me to make sure the date was okay with me. He showed up on time and ready to work, removed the old fence and installed the new one in a very timely manner. He even took it in stride when I told him that I was getting some landscaping done in the front yard, when he was in the backyard on the same day. He had to move his truck and trailer for the landscapers, but took it all in stride. He offered to help me if I had any questions or problems with my fence anytime in the future.

We needed to enclose our yard because our dog loves to take herself for walks without our knowledge. We had used Cedar Creek fence for our other home and they did a beautiful job there so we called them for an estimate. My spouse met with them and mapped out the new fence. The new fence location was awkward so we asked them to come out again to redesign the fence. NO PROBLEM - they were happy to do so. We remapped the fence, at a slightly higher cost ( it was about 20 feet longer) and they put up the fence on the originally scheduled day. Completed it quickly They neatly left the dirt for us to use elsewhere. Incidentally last night we had a severe thunderstorm with winds up to 60mph. The fence is fine.

They were excellent and the fence looks beautiful. They were on time. They worked hard and they were very communicative. They were very responsive. I would rate them high overall. They were one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with and I was very impressed with their work. I would use them again in the future if needed.
