March 2022, I asked them to look at my home then provide me with a quote for the work. I met Ryan at my home. It's now Dec 2022 and there has been no response... no call...no mailed quote.. nothing. If you want this type of work done on your property, go elsewhere.

The window seals are sagging the siding is deteriorating.

I had them install new gutters and replace a door with a window. Over-all, they did good work and no complaints. Like all service today, it was more than I anticipated but seemed to be in line with the other competitors.

I liked Ryan, he was very nice and professional, but when the estimate came back it was astonishing high, so we got another estimate from another contractor that was less than half of Welty's estimate, so we went with someone else.

The 2012 project was completed on time and they cleaned up after themselves. the owner followed up to make sure I was happy. On the new project they have been very responsive and timely again. They have had to change paperwork several times becuase of situations outside of their control. They have responded within a day on these requests and have been proactive getting the issues resolved. They have been very helpful in getting things ready for the job.

The window project went fairly well. We have had some of the rubber seals inside the windows start to droop. Welty told us that happens sometimes, however, after talking to other reputable window people, that should not happen. Welty has made no attempt to rectify. The siding project was a mess from the get go. We first started out to put vynel siding on. When that didn't satisfy my wife Welty suggested the product they ended up installing. The product was very impressive looking. After about nine years the product started cracking and peeling off. At that time would not stand behind their product. They said they would replace the defective panels but I would have to pay an additional 1500.00 dollars. They replaced the panels, not to our liking, but the replacements were better than what they covered up. No the unacceptable replacements are peeling off. I sent Mr. Welty an email and has not had not replied. All that we want is to have the panels replaced correctly. There are more panels that are showing deterioration.

To begin with, we had a meeting with Mr. Welty. We told him what we wanted to have done and gave him an idea of the color pallet we had in mind. He made up a plan for us and gave us a proposed quote for the labor and materials we selected. The work was begun a week later, as promised. A porch on the north side of the house was removed, plus all of the old house siding was taken off. The crawl space under the roof was opened up so that electrical work could be done, including moving lines and updating fixtures. Insulation was blown into the whole house and then it was wrapped with additional insulation. Then came the rebuilding of the north side porch, plus reworking supports on the front porch. Concrete work was done to upgrade sidewalks around the new porch. New light fixtures were put on both porches. The house and the garage were reroofed and new siding was put on the house. All windows were wrapped so we wouldn't have painting to do. We were also very happy with the workers. They arrived early in the morning and cleaned up the scene before leaving in the afternoon. They all had good attitude and were attentive to any matters we raised. We had no complaints about any phase of this project.

Ryan was very pleasant and not a pushy salesperson. They install Indiana-made windows. His quote beat all competitors and the quality of windows seemed better. We had to wait a long time for the installation, but it was worth it. The crew did a great job.

Ryan came out to the house and gave us estimates on all the work that needed after the storm, he was very patient with all my questions and gave us quotes right away. They were reasonably price. We were not pressured to answer them right away. They called back later with any concerns we might have.

Work was done in two parts: first the sun-room re-roofing and second the gutter protection. The first part in 2009 and the second part in 2011. We were satisfied with both jobs. In both cases they corrected inadequate work of previous roofer. We strongly recommend Welty Custom Exteriors as the two roofing jobs they did for us were very well executed.

They where very good at showing up on time and cleaning up after they where done each day and they did not leave anything in the yard when they where done with the job.

Everything went very well and we were very pleased.

Company was called for an estimate , and was informed that if they had to come out it would be an extra fee to service the tippecanoe area , even though their ad specifically stated they service the tippecanoe area. They did show and did the estimate and stated they would call me back and let me know how much and then they never returned the phone call.

The estimate was done promptly. The workers arrived when they said. The craftsmanship was excellent and completed in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and professional. I was happy with the work.

We got a couple of estimates and decided their price was the most reasonable. We were satisfied with their work. The windows were very well done and they had to order custom sizes because some of the posts were already done. It took a little bit of time because they had to order things. The price was reasonable. My only complaint was that we wish they had called to let us know when the windows were coming. I also wish we had discussed how to insulate underneath the windows; we just left that up to them. They were very prompt when the windows came in. They worked very hard and steadily. They were very professional but I wish they would have let us know about the time.

They took about three weeks to come back and give us the quote. We were kind of surprised because the other company gave us the estimate the day after. We were looking at a different set up that neither of them had worked with before. The other company was able to procure a sample of it and show it the next day. They had a tough competition. They were a little bit slow to get back to us given the competition.

Craftsmanship was outstanding. Both the carpenter and the gutter man were professional yet friendly. Did a great job!

We did not use them as they were a little overpriced.

WELTY ROOFING LLC did an excellent job. They did the work promptly as it was necessary to complete it before winter.

They are personable and know what they are doing. I would say if they couldn't do the job for some reason they would tell you that.

This is the only company of four to return my call. Came to my house when they said they would. Discussed my options, and will call with a quote. We will update this review if we opt to use their service.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AMOUNT PAID FOR WORK IS AN APPROXIMATE TOTAL FOR NUMEROUS JOBS! I wish this company performed ALL home repairs! Their staff is cordial and professional. Their workers arrive precisely on time and get right to work. Clean-up? I wish I cleaned my house as well as they clean up after a job. During the work process, the yard is definitely a sight but, when they are finished, not a leaf on tree or bush was disturbed and you would never know they were there. I (almost) regret that we have run out of roofs for this company to repair. They are outstanding. Look no further for a reliable and thorough company. Your search has ended with this company.
