Skiles Electric did a great job on my Frankfort home. I called them initially to repair fluorescent bath lights. They provided my service as stated. I called them back several weeks later for an estimate after my home inspection. They provided me with a very detailed estimate including professional pictures. I was pleasently suprised, the quality of the estimate was unexpected. Cammy was very busy on current jobs and made time to accommodate my needs!

We had two different team coming on site: - First the electrical team: very professional, listening to all our requirements and try to accommodate as much is possible. The electrical team arrived on site rite on time as promised and did an excellent job in like three and a half hours. All electrical wiring where routed inside of the wall as requested, very clean and nice. They cleaned the space after the job was done and did removed the waste from the site including the packaging as per our request. - Second the plumbing team for the gas supply. This team was amazing, very organized, highly professional and most of all so efficient. We had a team lead and two technicians on site but none of them wasted a second, it seemed almost like in a HGTV show. This team also try to accommodate all our requirements, all the pipes were routed underground with proper isolation. At the end with the team lead we did the step by step testing of the system. Amazingly all worked at the fist touch of the button as described in the manual (I did got thru the manual few times before to be sure I am not missing anything). Outside unit still not defrosting if too cold out. Emergency heat not turning off. They said they would get a new replacement board for the heatpump, but we have not heard from them except for the bill (which was a bill for 1.5 hours and all they did was stick some freon in it.
