Description of Work: Our agreement was for badly needed soffit and trim painting on a mostly brick house. Inside-Out owner was engaging and professional in her pitch. She did an okay job of painting prep, even clearing some brush away from side of house, but some shingles were faded in power washing and communication broke down and we canceled the work. She did return some of the money we had paid her. We asked her to leave the paint she had purchased for our project and she left half of a 5-gallon drum that was only part of the paint purchased. | |She is sincere and her painting is okay. I just wouldn't say the service isn't as reliable as I hoped for.

 + -1 moreTheir labor cost are very low. His workmanship is good. His cost is excellent. Commination is good. We maintained communication so I know when he is coming, when he is held up. He knows professionalism and knows what going on.

 + 2 moreThis job was done professionally and quickly. This is a rental property and it was known that we wanted it done within a certain time frame. Our deadline was met and we were very pleased with the job. We were delighted to find that a closet was also painted because she thought it was needed- at no charge to us.
Description of Work: Inside Out painted a living room, bathroom, long hallway and living room ceiling for us. We did not know the living room ceiling had never been painted before and the owner of Inside Out took the time to apply several coats of paint because the ceiling just absorbed the paint as soon as it was applied. (popcorn ceiling) We were not charged a dime extra for all the extra work involved and the ceiling looked wonderful - as well as all the other rooms. We have used this company for many other jobs and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any of the services they offer.

 + 0 moreFrom the start it was clear that Brynda knew exactly what she was doing. This is an old house (built in 1884) and we were not sure if the paper needed to be removed before painting. Brynda assured us that the papering job had been properly done and with the prep she planned, it would go well. She was 100% correct and I am sure that saved us a lot of money. Brynda came for the bid with a measuring tape and by the end of our first meeting I knew exactly how much the job would cost and there was not a single add on to the job. Her work is top notch and her professionalism shows in her work.
Description of Work: Brynda painted a large, wall papered kitchen for us. She prepped the paper by sanding all seams and sealing them before any paint was applied. Two coats of primer and then as many top coats as needed were applied to cover all traces of the former paper and color. This job also incliuded painting a badly grease spotted ceiling that now looks brand new. Three colors were used that resulted in a beatuiful and updated kitchen. We could not be happier with our 'new' kitchen.
