Description of Work: We bought a year service plan, opening up in the spring, system blow out in fall. We had to call many times to prompt this service and when they came they left no card telling us they were here, prompting us to call again only to find the service was preformed. They charged more for their service, signed up with one another company this year.

+ -1 moreThey were flexible in terms of when they showed up and reliable in terms of showing up when they said they would show up. When there was one problem, the owner came out and corrected it.
Description of Work: I used Heads Up Irrigation and Lighting for lawn irrigation in summer of last year. They inspected the system for my lawn.
