+ -1 moreI was referred to Four T's from a friend and I'm thankful for the referral. Toby was prompt, knowledgeable, and affordable. Not only did he address the issue on the initial service call, but he let me know what to expect in the near future with my aging unit. Unlike other companies in the area (yes, those companies), he addressed the issue with no upselling on other services that may not be needed. Highly recommend!
Description of Work: Service call on ac unit. Coils were dirty and motor was running very hot.

+ -1 moreOnce installation was complete, we can no longer get answers to our questions or problems. When we try to call the provider, we are told that our calls will be returned. The owner doesn't call us back.

Description of Work: They installed an American Standard air conditioning unit in my home. They had previously installed a furnace in my home and had done a wonderful job. They did not disappoint me the second time around. They have always been professional and very knowledgable about their business. I have had no problems with any of their equipment. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends and family.

+ -1 moreCalled Four T'S on a acquaintances recommendation because my Air Conditioner wasn't cooling . They determined that the A.C. was low on Freon and added the correct amount of Freon using the correct recommended charging method . A.C. is working great now and dropped the house temperature down 10 degrees in less than a hour. I am well satisfied at the friendly manner which they took care of my problem and very , very satisfied of the cost. They will also follow up by phone in around 4 days to see if the A.C. is still cooling O.K. You couldn't ask for any friendlier people, caring and reasonable priced parts from this family ran Heating and Cooling business.
Description of Work: Came out on a no cooling problem. A.C. not cooling at all.
