Traci was very professional. She was very diligent in making sure that the end result was what we wanted. She consulted on all aspects of the design and then followed through with excellent results. She was very prompt and was on the job when she committed to be here. The results of her work are a first class presentation. Everything was absolutely perfect I have worked with various vendors durig our remodeling of the house. Traci was wonderful to deal with. High integrity and great quality of work. We intalled slate that can be tricky to work with if not done properly. The crew was here for 4-5 days. They showed up on time EVERY day . They were neat clean and considierate of my time as I work from home some of the time. The end product of the project is absolutely beautiful. They were great to work with. We had a specific look that they were able to help us create. They were very mindful of keeping the area clean and protecting our new flooring and granite countertop. They cleaned up well after they had finished. This winter we had some slight separation of the caulk between the countertop and the backsplash. I called Traci and they came within the week to remove the old caulk and apply new caulking.

They did a great job! The workers were punctual and friendly to work with. The price was by far the best of all I received. This was a very professional company who did the work to my exact specifications.
